Clean, comfortable. There is a washing machine on the 8th floor. We rented for 3 people, the room was like a studio apartment. Everything is fine. But keep in mind that you will not enter the hotel a minute earlier than 14:00, everything is automated and there are no people. It looks like a residential building with an iron door at the entrance. You cannot leave your luggage for storage, as it is written in the description; you simply will not use such a service. We called all the phone numbers and they didn't answer. Trip’s support also didn’t get through to the reception (he wasn’t there, not even in the form of an answering machine), they said to wait, there was no one to take the luggage. We had to wait on the street for several hours with our bags. You won’t be able to leave your bags and go for a light walk, like in regular hotels... So don’t arrive early, otherwise you’ll have to wait on the next porch of the bookmaker’s office. There’s nowhere to sit there either (at least they’d put some kind of bench at the entrance.) Memories not from pleasant. These are the disadvantages of digitalization and automation :) Otherwise, everything is fine.

Really easy to access and check out, and the reception was very helpful for storing our bags, very spacious suites. I would recommend to small groups or families looking to stay central in bangkok and the access to local attractions is very good
