Hotel provide shuttle bus travel between Bangkok hospital and Mass transport station. Fresh air and good lighting in the room. Good service manners, good management. Will stay here again in my next trip to Bangkok.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff provided good service. If there is a chance to come back and stay again.

It's good in every way, but it's a bit far from the city. You can walk a few steps to the pier by the river, and it takes about 20 Zhu to go directly to the Pratunam Market. I didn’t know it when I lived there. I only found out when I lived here for the second time by a traffic boat.

The hotel is full of bugs and mosquitoes. It feels like no one has lived in it for a long time. There is a smell of dust when I go in. I can't sleep at night There is not even a toothbrush or hair dryer, the front desk told us to buy it ourselves The first night in Thailand, the experience was extremely poor

This was my first time staying here and I'd love to say that I was highly impressed with the service I got. Comfortable bed, clean toilet, shower. Had a living room with kitchen and a small balcony. All were cleaned properly. " Warin" was there when we check-in. She was really sweet and helpful and very well spoken as well. Other staff members like- Shamshia, K and those 2 other wonderful ladies- all were very accomodating and kind. They used drop us to the hospital when ever we needed to go there. The hotel is located in a quiet place and the lobby is wonderfully decorated. There is a nice restaurant next to the restaurant " La mia". I enjoyed having food, beverage there I had stayed there for a month and enjoyed evwry bit of it.
