3 starts because the rooms are at least newly renovated. But also 3 starts because the entire hotel needs to be fully renovated. Gladly it seems like they are in the process. The hotel is very old shape in the common areas, restaurant looks terrible, all common areas are very dirty, elevators or sketchy. The entire place smells like smoke. but the location is perfect.

The sink was clogged and I couldn't flush. There were a lot of Middle Eastern and Indian guests, and they were treated roughly. The surrounding area looked like a Middle Eastern market. You need to leave a 1000 baht deposit. If there are no problems, it will be refunded. There was construction going on throughout the hotel. I was on the 6th floor, but Middle Eastern music was playing until the early hours of the morning, so I couldn't sleep.
