I requested A room on the ground floor, but when i arrived i was given the A room on the 2nd floor. After i insisted that i requested A room on the ground floor when I made the booking,..she didn't want to give me the room. After showing my knee problems, she gave me the room on the ground floor. Very bad service.

I enjoyed my stay there. Clean and tidy rooms within this price range. Easy access for eatery, there are 711 around just walking to the big road, and many street vendors and small restaurants. For transport, only about 10 mins walk to lumpini mrt.

Best memory for me

Very basic no frills and no elevator, clean room. Location is handy to Rama 4 and MRT stations.

It's a nice budget hotel in the heart of Bangkok, located near the MRT and bus stops. Finding local restaurants and convenience stores is very easy.

The hotel is nice in overall, and the staff is very friendly. However, the building does not have a lift, so it is difficult getting up and down by stairs, especially if you travel with huge luggage. Also, I personally recommend a shower separated area or a glass, so the water from shower will not flow all around the toilet’s floor as it is. Thank you

Value budget for money. No elevator and need to carry all stuff by yourself. Private car parking is large area and outdoor. Room is large and clean. Free WiFi.

Nice loaction in the middle of the city, however the hotel does not have an elevator. Check-in staff was nice and quick.

Really close to Klong Toey MRT and 10 min walk to Lumpini MRT (If you want to use local grab bike or motobike taxi, it will be 20-25-30 THB) 100 meter to 7-11 and some food restaurant, The room was ok, the bed is 10/10, very big very comfy, but no lift, you have to walk up the stair thou

It's very bad service and room conditions - looks like an old dorm, not the same as the photo No lift, no hair dryer, no toothbrush The bed sheet and towel are dirty, the pillow very hard to use, and the bathroom has some beetle The receptionist is not always there to support you, we are 2 small girls who check in at midnight they put my room on the top 5th floor without a lift. They even didn't check my reservations, I came and they didn't know who am I. I booked 3 nights and paid for all, but the room was so bad that I wanted to check out early, the guy gave me the room key and said in the morning can do it, And when I checked out early, no one answered just the cleaning woman was there and told me to return the card, the was no refund or any support for it. I stayed 1 night and paid for 3 nights' money. Never never come again.

The hotel was located in the center of Sathorn area, and not far from the MRT station. There are also many eateries and convenience stores close to the hotel.
