Great location, great rooms and great staffs. However, it’s noisy with rooms facing the main road.

Good service, great location 2 minutes walking distance to the BTS Phloen Chit Road station. The room is very nice and tidy. Nice swimming pool and the breakfast is very good as well. Will definitely book next time.

Best Hotel in pleon chit, convenient access to the train station and rightly situated

Location- good and bad. Good to be near Siam and Chitlom but tbh it’s not that close. Bad as there’s literally nothing downstairs apart from a convenient store and a pharmacy across the road. You will need to change lifts to get to your room. Tea bags are tasteless. Rooms are clean, service is very good.

Really good location, open the window and see the sea view. But not lift I live in 3 floor(actually4). Good pick up from airport service. Reception pretty good. First floor Thai restaurant not bad.

The services were fine in general. Appeared a very high staff:guest ratio enabling every demand from guests could be speedily handled. In room dining and restaurants are fine, addressing every request to meet the demand. The nite housekeeping works were excellent, all used items were refilled and room was tidied up with stringent standard. Check in and check out were promptly done. Accounting after check out was satisfactorily handled. Unlike many other 5 star hotels in which the deposit cancellation was not settled resulted in holding up guests' credit limit problem. Rosewood BKk does not have this problem. My big like in general and would revisit very very soon.

The duty manager Best was truly above n beyond, he spent 2 hrs tracking down my ATM bank card which I stupidly left in ATM machine after withdrawing money at airport. He called K Bank at 2:15am to see it they had kept the card! Next morning they miraculously found it and concierge head Mr TOP arranged for Rosewood staff at airport to escort me to KBank to pick up the card b4 my departure. This is truly going the extra mile to show their incredible hospitality! Hotel room is a haven, amazing decor n so quiet, w/lovely view of the city

Hotel very new. Room was clean. Good location, closed to everything for shopping, eat and drink. Staff really nice and good caring. Sky bar was great, breakfast included package recommended. Everything’s perfect. It’s Rosewood🫶

Excellent hotel in general except elevators too dark cannot see buttons. Breakfast quality average, not worth the money.

Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended!This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.Really nice and stylish hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet including low fat yoghurt. Unfortunately the hotel is next to a big street and it is a little difficult to catch a Tuktuk. Also a little minus is the small pool area in comparison to the size of hotel, same with gym area.

The service and location is really nice but the room is not really comfortable, even with all the curtains down the room is so bright, so you are easily awake in the morning. Their design is not really user friendly, for example the space for the luggage is so dumb. Nevertheless, it’s a bit too dark for the room at night and it feels a bit creepy….

There are a lot of details in the room in decor. Convenient located next to BTS station. Pls note lobby is on 7/F and the main entrance is hidden in front of a busy busy road. Taxis may miss the entrance. Breakfast if ok but not great as in some feedback. Good ambiance tho. We had a very nice lunch at Lakorn. Fusion thai/ European.
