The sanitary conditions are really not worth the price, but the manager's attitude is very good. Although the stay was not pleasant, the manager made me feel very nice. Ctrip's customer service also responded promptly.

I would rate the overall experience of staying here a 3/5. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are nice too. But the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear people nearby talking, crying, and screaming. I could also hear the TV from the next room. It really disturbed me and my dad from sleeping well.

Environment: Very clean! We stayed for two nights and someone cleaned every day! The room is very new! The decoration is also very high-end!
Service: I have to say the service! It's really great. There is a front desk lady who can speak Chinese. When she opened her mouth, we were shocked that she could speak Chinese. This is so convenient for us😭The hotel can also send us to the designated location where there is a subway, which is very convenient. On the last day, we had to take the light rail to the airport. The little brother also took our luggage up. We also tipped the little brother for their hard work!
