Very good service from intern staff, quite convenient location, and nice facilities inside hotel including onsen and pool and gym. Room is clean and big. Overall very satisfied for the price! Will definitely consider booking again.

Overall, it was a less than stellar stay at Staybridge Suites. We found that the hotel is very understaffed and lacking in many areas. We arrived at the hotel at about 3.45PM and room was not ready even thought checkin time was 3PM. They are not able to promise a ready room in half an hour either. Additionally, there are no bell boys to assist with luggage when you arrive either. On two separate days, calls to reception to get house keeping to deliver additional water was acknowledged but never fulfilled. I had to go down and ask again. The shower is either burning hot or cold and constantly switches between hot/cold states. Breakfast is another terrible affair. Every dish is cold even at 5.30AM when the restaurant is open. Rice is super hard and cold. Chicken is usually tough like a cardboard. There is only one coffee machine. The small breakfast area for a 30 floor hotel meant that it's very chaotic. All in all, too many glaring issues. I will probably not return.

Good location and easy to go shopping malls around, room is clean and big enough for two. Worth to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was simple but decent. Found a used toothpaste in the room but an overall clean room. Staff at the lobby were very friendly!

Convent location, especially if you like Japanese food. The gym is small but functional. The swimming pool is popular and can get crowded. The breakfast does vary to a certain extent from one day to the next. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Happy hour on Mon/Wed/Fri at mezzanine floor for 1h with free drinks and nibbles, see pictures. Construction site next door until 2025 for an animal clinic - try to get a room facing away from the city if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in late.

One of the most impressive hotels. It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. Studio room with cozy sofa.

Very big size bed(2 x3.5ft) with good service apartment setup like wash/dry machine.

Very good stay. Pillow and bed is great. Pantry is holistic and well stocked. Washer Dryer is a plus. Only downside : Breakfast is crowded. Food is meh. Strong contrast as compared to the menu from Coffee Club.

We stayed there for 3 nights, although we didn't have the time to enjoy all the facilities but overall it was really great. The staffs were very helpful, thanks for the birthday greeting and cake, that was really sweet! I will definitely come back when visit Bangkok again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The pros: + clean and new room + friendly staff + good massage and malls nearby (mago stick rice too!) + free shuttle service to BTS The cons: - 10mins walk from BTS - sewage smell at hotel lobby - poor breakfast selection and small dining area
