I paid $55 for this hotel in BKK Address: SCENE Bangkoknoi Hotel, 23/5 Arun Amarin Rd, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok 10700, Thailand Price: 💰 Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Located on the outskirts of Bangkok's main shopping area, this quiet little neighborhood is filled with cute, artistic cafes, perfect for someone seeking an escape from the bustling city. I booked a night stay here because it seemed more convenient for traveling to DMK airport the next day, while having a full day to explore this part of Bangkok. After much research, I settled for this hotel. It offered a clean, bright, and spacious room with à la carte breakfast for two, all for just $55/night. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven only 350 meters away. The pool and lounge area were so cute and photo-worthy, but we skipped it this time as we forgot our swimwear. Check-in was easy, though you can only get your room after 2 PM, and they do require a 1000 baht cash deposit. We left our bags at the lobby, which were brought up to our rooms as we explored late into the evening. The room was generally beautifully decorated, but upon closer inspection, it wasn't the cleanest. There were stains on the sheets and walls. Fortunately, there were no drainage smells or mold, which would have been a nightmare. There were ants on the bathroom sink area, which was an easy fix. The water temperature was unstable; we had to bathe in cold to room-temperature water at night and in the morning. For the price paid and for only one night, these issues weren't too problematic. The hotel was safe, the room floor was clean, the air conditioning worked great, and there was plenty of space to put our items. The room also came with YouTube and Netflix, perfect to pair with your supper. The bed was so soft, we couldn't get up the next morning! The breakfast was simple, with two choices: Western or Asian. We opted for the American breakfast, which had a generous portion of eggs, potatoes, salad, bacon, bread, and sausage. The orange juice paired with it was a perfect cleanser. If you prefer a more local breakfast, they offer pork congee. I would stay here again if I decide to visit this part of Bangkok. Tip: Book 2-3 months in advance for a cheaper price.

The major downside of the trip was that the hotel was far away from the touristy spots :( coupled with the Bangkok traffic, travelling to places take about 40-60 mins :’) but that’s on us for not doing our research well. The breakfast served is the same each day - american breakfast platter. You can choose how you want your eggs: overeasy, scrambled, omelette or sunny side up. Slightly disappointing considering its a 4-star hotel. They serve coffee too but charge for additional if you ask for a second.

Quiet clean and good place. Available parking and good breakfast

Scene is located on the other side of Bangkok called Thonburi which is about five minutes away from the Grand palace and Khaosarn without traffic. The hotel has a lovely pool where you can relax and chill. The room is spacious and well decorated. Car parking is available but quite limited. The restaurant downstairs serves very good pizza that you can order and eat by the pool. 7/11 is nearby so it’s very convenient if you need food or drinks.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. Located close to airports and centre of Bangkok. Lovely big breakfast. Highly recommend.

Very clean hotel. The embers restruant is very nice. Nice ambience too. Very convinent location by grabbike or grabcar to many shopping places and work places.

They charge me 1000 THB for smell of cigarettes and I didn’t smoke

The room is clean and furniture is all in good condition. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton buds, bathrobes are provided. Truly value for money! Highly recommend if location is not an issue.

good services while the parking space can be improved with cctv as someone stole the tires cover over the night during our stay.

There is nothing much nearby other than some local restaurants and a convenience store. The swimming pool is a plus.

Both food and drink are very delicious. The room also very clean upon checkin.. However,housekeeping do not makeup my room although I stay for 2 nights. No extra hanger provided.. Need to request. Location far from main attraction...Both hotel and room deco very stylist💕.. Really enjoy Netflix 💞
