I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's in a very convenient location, only a 5-minute walk to BITEC. The reception staff were extremely polite and kind. However, one downside is that since the hotel is situated under a bridge, you can occasionally feel the bed shaking.

Just wanted to warn all travelers who booked this hotel. I booked for 3 nights and checked a day before. And I didn't get a refund for that. And I mentioned in the booking that we were 2 adults and 1 child, they charged me. Special for that too and my security deposit was not even refunded, so guys be careful when booking this hotel.

Decent location if you are heading to the convention halls

Firstly the staff were very helpful as I had booked the wrong date. They offered to cancel my booking and rebook.?unfortunately Thevagent between them and Trip failed to communicate this later and my refund for the booking was slightly hard work to get, it that was no fault of the staff who were very helpful throughout that process. The hotel is close to the Bts station which is a plus, but adjacent to a very busy road and my sleep was disturbed by lorries rolling by in the night. The hotel should improve the soundproofing.

One of the cleanest Hotel ive been to. My only Cons is you will feel slight shake due to the location but i guess its pretty safe though

Optimized version of hotel check-in review: Located near the BITEC exhibition hall, it only takes about 6 minutes to walk to it, and it only takes 9 minutes to walk to the BTS E13 Bang Na subway station. For friends participating in the exhibition, the location is excellent. The hotel location is accurate and located on the corner of the street, which is easy to find. From the BTS subway station, there are pedestrian bridges along the way, so you don’t have to worry whether it is scorching sun or rainy. However, it should be noted that there are only stairs when going down the bridge, which may be slightly inconvenient for passengers with large luggage. The hotel environment is pleasant, clean and hygienic. The lobby is elegantly decorated and there is a comfortable terrace, which makes people feel relaxed. It is especially worth mentioning that the front desk staff, the kind sister makes people feel the warmth of home. During the 3 days of stay, she is always helpful and friendly, which makes people feel warm. Remind everyone, please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when checking in, the hotel does not provide them. Overall, this stay experience is very satisfactory, two words: perfect!
