It was really good experience in Thailand. Good experience. Yes its expensive but good hotel.

This hotel met all the expectations from design and service to a stunning breakfast buffet with loads to choose from. The free upgrade was a true gift and thank you for that. The location is amazing and you can easily get to anywhere in the city. Worst case if traffic is bad you are 20 Min walk from Central World and you can get anything you need there.

Excellent experience. Very clean Staff are very friendly and helpful A lot of different food for the breakfast A little bit far away from BTS station Overall, I love this hotel.

Had a delightful stay at Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok. The lush greenery inside the hotel was a refreshing touch. Their breakfast spread, with authentic Thai flavors and excellent sugar-free Thai milk tea, was a treat. Plus, the hearty mooncake they provided during the mid-autumn festival added a warm touch to my stay. The fact that it's a pet-friendly hotel, yet it's impeccably clean with no unpleasant odors, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The whole place was so cozy and it is truly relaxable around here. I stay on the pet-friendly floor as I brought my dogs to stay with me. The room was spacious for my dogs to play around. Breakfast have various kinds of food, surely you will get fulled in no time. Dear Trip.com, for better communication, you should inform guests in the app that this hotel is pet-friendly and guests will sorted to the pet-friendly floor

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. It felt so much like a little oasis given how busy Bangkok is in terms of traffic and crowds. I will 100% be back again.

10mins walk from the BTS station but they got a shuttle to take you there. Overall great stay
