I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heater worked perfectly, making it a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, with the hotel being very close to Phrom Phong station, which makes getting around a breeze. However, if you're planning to travel with transport like grab/bolt car, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. The alley leading to the hotel can take up to 20 minutes to navigate from the street end to the entrance, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Aside from that, it's a solid option for anyone using public transport!

The hotel is with very good location! Room size is comfortable and view is good with high floor!

Awesome facilities and amenities all within same building. Near to BTS Phrom Phong station, less than 7 mins walk. Eco-friendly and fast checking in and out!

Located conveniently above a 7-11 is definitely helpful. Just across the road from Emporium which makes it easy for access to BTS

Good location and it’s a short walk to Emporium, Emquartier and Emsphere shopping Mall, making shopping trips easy and convenient. The area is full of great dining options and has easy access to BTS. Perfect for those who want everything within walking distance.

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Too bad the noise isolation is quite poor in this hotel. Walls between rooms are just made of wood, you can literally hear people in the next room switching on/off lights. Good rooftop pool.

5mins walk to BTS. There is a 7-11 just below the hotel. lots of massage around the area. Walking distance to a few shopping mall.

The aircon in the room wasnt working and they sent a technical guy at 2 am ..post fixing too the aircon wasn't working well. The bathrooms always smelled like ****-- literally ****

The front desk, concierge, room service and bell boy are very efficient and friendly. Room service started early and by the time I returned around 1 p.m. in the afternoon, all is done.

I chose the hotel since it's my first solo trip. And I'm glad that I've made the right choice and to have breakfast at the hotel. I was able to relax in the clean comfortable room and bed with great view, felt secured as the surrounding is well lit even at night and it's convenient as it's opposite Emporium mall and Phrom Phong BTS is just a few mins walk away. There are a few massage places just a step away too. All of the staff are courteous, friendly and smiley. The receptionists were accommodating on my requests of the room etc. The pool, on the highest floor, is decent and quiet to hang in the early morning before it gets crowded. I enjoyed getting a little sun, breeze and some quiet time with my book. As for the breakfast, don't expect international buffet lines, but the varieties were suited for all international guests. I especially enjoyed the fresh greens available throughout the 3 days. That said, I wish to bring attention on few points to improve. i. I wish there are more movie channels available as majority are either local dramas or variety shows. ii. I realised that staff at the reception only greet the male guests as I leave the hotel for the day. iii. The pastries need to be improved as they're dry and lack buttery fragrance. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay at Mercure and will definitely return, be it another solo trip or with my family.

Very convenient location from Phrom Phong station. Infinity pool of 29th floor was awesome. Good price to stay!

Good, clean hotel. Third time to stay at this hotel for business trip. This time, slightly smaller room than previous. One problem was a electricity power plug. It was making noise, so I avoided using that particular one. Other than that, the stay was fine. Thank you.

Nice and clean hotel, breakfasts are amazing with lot of options.

First there was an airport transfer and it was smooth and efficient service. I reached the hotel early and was thinking of paying to get an early check in but the friendly counter girl had suggested that I sign up as member and gave me an early check in. The room was good and also the breakfast selections. All in all you would enjoy this hotel.
