Hotel with a nice view of the skyline of the city. Easy to connect to many malls such as EmSphere and EmQuartier. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar!

A hotel worthy of its name! This is my second time staying at Carlton. I've stayed at several different hotels along the Sukhumvit road, however, this is by far the best hotel I must say! It still feels brand new, and the room is very spacious, whether you get the standard one, or the executive one on the higher floors! The view of the city is stunning! Probably my favorite part of the room is the huge window which lets a lot of lights in + opening the automated drapes first thing in the morning! I'm not a big fan of stuffy dark room. It's conveniently located along the Sukhumvit road and area, where you can find many trendy bars around, restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores like 7-Eleven. Furthermore, it's walking distance to the hip new mall Emsphere, where they have the sky walk to Phrom Phong BTS station to get to other destinations around the city. The bed is comfy enough, cleanliness is impeccable, and I love the pool too. I haven't been able to use the gym facility or the sauna at the hotel, but they look well-equipped. I stayed for 3 nights this time, and I'm definitely coming back in the future. It's a bit pricier compared to some other hotels, but you get what you pay for. Wide breakfast selection, cool rooftop bar... Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with the hotel! Not much interaction with the staffs to be honest, but last year (2023) my company organized a seminar here and everybody was very supportive and helpful with the arrangement.

Walking distance to mrt is acceptable. Other than that everything is perfect. Renovated room is spacious and with good view (stayed at 16th floor facing the main road). Room service were prompt. Staff were friendly and efficient. Wide variety of options for the buffet breakfast. Will stay with Carlton Bangkok again for sure.

Second time here and I’m planning for a third time! Nothing to complain about, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok!

Very good service and attitude from the staff at the front desk. When there were issues with our bathtub, they sent up a repairman in less than 10minutes, which I found rather impressive. They took care of us and really did excel in their services. The only downside i find about this hotel is their location, which isn't conveniently connected or sheltered to BTS. If it's raining, you have to find yourself an umbrella (which the hotel provides) or cab back. Otherwise, you can take to Phrom Phong BTS and walk the connected pathway to Emsphere, in which you will have to cross a road without shelter.

Had a fantastic stay at Carlton Hotel Sukhumvit, from the staff to the amenities and location. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers and families.

We had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at Carlton! It's between 2 BTS station. Emsphere is just a stone's throw away. The service was impeccable and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The amenities were fantastic with its Let's Relax spa and rooftop bar. As a lovely surprise, I received a mini birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel.

Yes this is a 5star hotel and a very good one. Swimming pool it good. Rooftop drinks are great. The room is fantastic, good space and lovely views. I will be coming again this year
