Friendly staff and great service. Good location and variety of food is great. Hotel is closely located to many restaurants and the stadium where concerts are being held. Clean spacious rooms and facilities are awesome.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Bangkok for a concert. The hotel is really near (not that near) to the stadium. You don't need to be scared to walk from this hotel to the stadium because you will be accompanied by a lot of people to the same destination.

Average hotel, bit low for asian standard but ok for the price. Staff could not help how to get to center of Bangkok, even though the water bus runs in their backyard?? Very far from center of Bangkok. The hotel was full of chineese tourists. Extremely noisy unpolite and very bad manners. Therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

Good privacy, spacious room, comfortable bed, no back pain But…not so lucky, went with Chinese tour, very noisy outside the room, late at night still walking and talking loudly, came and opened the room for me. Will use the service again, hope not to encounter Chinese tour 😄

The check-in time was 2 pm, but the actual room was 3 pm. It was the worst. If the room is not ready, it should not be open for booking. After 8 pm, I went to the back door by the canal and the door was locked. I told the staff to open it for the security guard. He asked again, didn't he know the door was closed? There was no sign. When checking in, he didn't inform me at all. There was no explanation at all. Plus, I got the room late. Very disappointed, such a waste of money for the room. One time is enough for this place.

I used it for a live performance at Rachamankara National Stadium. It was convenient and within walking distance to the venue. It was also nice that there was a 7-Eleven nearby.

The location is very convenient and the hotel is relatively new. However, the power went out in the morning and it took many hours to restore. Overall it's good and very convenient to get in and out. Can consider it.

Generally speaking, the quality of a hotel that specializes in hosting domestic tourist groups can be imagined.
