Good hotel. The staff is great, they gave me a great room on the 9th floor with a good view of the central street, the metro (sky train), skyscrapers. Considering that the room was high, despite the busy street, it was not too noisy and I fell asleep easily. The room is not bad, clean and modern. On the first floor there is a shopping center and McDonald's, you can buy everything you need, have a snack. The metro is also nearby.

Hotel is dated and should be renovated. For Grand 5 is located in the middle of a noise road, upgrading to modern windows should reduce road noise for guests. On a positive side, the staff was attentive during my stay.
