The location is near Pratunam where it is convenience for people go shopping, try street food and using train(BTS)
When arrived the hotel, people there are every friendly and helpful to carry our luggage. 
Cleaner always come in every morning to clean the room and add water for us and it is free. 
The room is clean and smell fresh. 

However, Pov: the floor is abit slippery so I recommend to wear flipper in the room. 
Also there is no sound proof, I can hear everything people are talking.

The price didn’t match the accommodation given.

I recommended this hotel to my friends just like this booking is made for my friends. But the hotel made it become the problem that doesn’t allow my friends to check in and complaint me of how can I book their superiors room via Trip.com and asked me deal with Trip.com by myself while it is actually their problems. They asked how can I book superior if they don’t open superior room to book via online. It’s all their sale or marketing problem between them and Trip.com but refused to deal with Trip.com directly when it comes to this matter. Moreover, even asked me how much I paid for room rate and asked how can they receive money for this booking I already paid in full amount since the first that I made the booking by Trip.com. 

I recommend you guy to stay at this hotel which is near the Shopping Area, Its a good location! Room is acceptable for the price and cleanliness is 8/10 but its okay i think you guy can stay. For the staff, they are very friendly and helpful ! They’re so nice ... 10/10
