Good stay overall. AC was a little weak but not too bad. Not much in the way of facilities or amenities but that perhaps should be expected somewhat. Near transport though far from centre. Though I knew this when I booked.

First of all don’t be fooled by the name of the hotel n the way they publish it as Junior Suite. To start with there is no suite in this hotel. I felt cheated because I was expecting to walk into a SUITE! Besides that everything else is just average. Nothing to shout about.

I have stayed here twice because it is convenient, near BTS Ratchayothin, and close to Major. It is convenient to go anywhere. The room is clean.

You need to bring your own toiletries, the bath water is very small and the water output of the sink is also very small. There is a lot of dust in the room and the overall facilities are quite old.

A room with low ceilings. Cleanliness is a C grade. Cleaning upon request. Once we found a cockroach. There is mold in the bathroom. Bottled drinking water every day on the door handle to the room. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. The furniture is old.

The room is clean, maybe a bit far from 7-Eleven or something. But overall it is considered good.

Only the location is good. It's in a back alley so it's a little creepy at night. Lots of mosquitoes, clogged shower drain. Solved by removing the lid. Air conditioner with musty smell. I think there are better hotels in the same price range.

The room is old, the language is not communicated with them and they don't use translation software to communicate with you. And they will raise the price. I didn't check out, and I was not in the hotel in Pattaya, and my luggage was in the room. I called them and said I needed to stay another night, and they asked me to pay 850 beads. In fact, the room I stayed in before was about 600 beads on a good day. They raised the price directly, which was 30% higher!
