The only bad thing about the hotel is that it is far from the city center, nightlife and bars. People who go on vacation to Bangkok go there to see these things. Apart from that, there is a shopping mall, market etc. around it. All facilities are available.

the receptionist (MungMing) was terrible and quite rude
Firstly she told me that i needed to pay for the room even though I had a prepaid booking from trip.com. we had to argue about this. Then she refused to give me a room anytime before the check-in time - I was there at 12pm. Normally big hotels can give you a room a couple of hours before as a courtesy. After arguing for 5mins, she gave me a room. So a room was available, but she was just being nasty. Luckily on check out a guy was at reception who was quite efficient and courteous. I was planning to stay for a week but did not after the interaction.
Go somewhere else if you want to experience friendly thai hospitality
the Cleaners all were super friendly and room was v clean.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good location you can walk at skywalk link to the mall bangkapi and mrt.
