BB Garden Resort Reviews

A conveniently hidden gem, about 10 minutes walk from Fortune town in Rama 9. Has all basics of eateries, 7 eleven, parking, swimming pool, gym and clean rooms with efficient housekeeping and a very helpful receptionist cum manager. I have been a regular now for few years and always found them worth every penny.

I only booked one night here, as I had a business meeting nearby, so I did not get to use the swimming pool or gym, and I did not take breakfast. Therefore this review only accounts for my overview of the hotel, the staff, and the room. First, I found the lady on the front desk friendly and helpful. She also spoke good English, although this was not absolutely needed in our case as I speak a little Thai and my wife is Thai. She was also kind enough to allow us to leave our car in the hotel car park for a couple of hours after checking out of our room. As a seasoned traveler, it is such gestures we remember, and as such becomes a reason to recommend an establishment. The room, a superior double was a very good size, with a small kitchenette area with sink, fridge, & kettle. (Although a strange quirk, and a minus point in my book) there was no complementary tea, coffee, or chocolate. A dining area, lounge area with TV, and a small balcony. Off this room is a large bedroom and shower room/toilet. (There were complimentary bathroom goods, which makes the lack of coffee even stranger!) A TV, a large double wardrobe, dressing table, and side completed the room. Further quirks are only one bedside nightstand, and the smallest double bed of any hotel, or resort, I have stayed at in Thailand. The air-conditioning was excellent, controllable in temperature, airflow, and direction. The room, bedding and linen was clean, neat, and presentable. If I was to stay in this area of Bangkok, I would certainly consider staying here again, and suggest it's worth anyone considering if they are doing the same. Overall, and solely based on this one short, and limited experience, I would give B B Garden Hotel an 8.5 rating. Its good, but could improve on the little things which make one's visits better.

Very clean rooms,great friendly staff also. Soi 3 Ratchada so not far from major malls and manybother places. Reasonable rates,worth it in my opinion. This will be my go to hotel every time in Bkk. Really just needed a t spoon.lol

Everything is okay, totally recommend place

The previous guest's urine was not flushed in the bathroom, and the water heater in the room was broken.

It's pretty good, the space is large, it's a suite, which is unexpected, there are no pitfalls, there are 7-11 and stalls nearby, recommended

Remember to take pictures when ordering takeout. It's easy to find the location. It's very quiet and clean. There are shopping malls and night markets nearby. Recommended

Very good, soft pillows, comfortable mattress. There is a balcony too. Really great. The receptionist is very good. The location is very good, not crowded, close to various places. Shopping mall near the MRT station. Very convenient. Calling a car is very convenient. There is a chance to come back and stay again.

Good choice

The overall health, environment, facilities and services are relatively good. There is a small balcony, but ①The front desk clerk’s English is a little bit poor; ②The hotel location is a little far from the main road and subway station. The price/performance ratio is good. According to my standards, overall, I can give it 85~~90 points.

Go in a bit deep, it's quiet and peaceful. The hotel is in an alley, quite quiet. The room is decorated simply according to the price. There is no toothbrush provided. There is a lot of parking space.

The location of the hotel is not as crowded as Sukhumvit. It took about 40 minutes to get there by taxi in the morning. It felt like a family hotel to me. The facilities were simple but sufficient. I don't know how the supplies were changed. I felt like I found someone else's hair on the pillow. The service at the front desk was very cold.
