This hotel room looks very new as it has been taken over new management. It is within 15min walking distance to nana BTS Station. There is a super market opposite the hotel. A few massage parlours within the neighbourhood area. So is quite convenient to buy basic necessities. However there's fruit flies flying inside them hotel room and toilet. A few dead flies on my pillow also. Seems like the room is not cleaned thoroughly. The housekeeping was not done after 3pm, after complaining to the manager i was offered free drinks while waiting for the housekeeping to clean my room. Breakfast food variety is very little as there is very little guests. Swimming pool water is greenish in colour, seems like pool is not well maintained.

The facilities were ok. The room was great. The service is excellent. Only a time management issue as below: The response is slow and they give 10 minutes to send someone to do the room. But never turn up until I see the room maid is on our floor. She said she was never told. Again, at check out, the housekeeping and the reception were unable to coordinate to get someone to check the room. They provided the wrong time each time I asked how long.

The facility was large and comfortable. It was also nice that there was a pool and exercise room. I thought the breakfast was delicious. However, there were no spoons to drink coffee in the room. They didn't help when the toilet was clogged. When I arrived at the facility, they offered drinks to other guests, but not to me.

The location is excellent, the environment is hygienic and comfortable. The key is that it is very quiet and the sound insulation is OK. Recommended👍

The water pressure in the bathroom is very weak and it takes a long time to wait for hot water.

This hotel was renovated recently. In the very busy street with many Arabic restaurants and body massage shops around. is not easy to sleep during the night due to the sounds coming from outside. Breakfast was OK with some Arabic food such as humus . not fresh juice. if you want to have breakfast in peace, go early in the morning . Sleeper, teeth brush was provided in the room. 90% of the guests were Indian and Arab. I prefer to stay in another hotel if I come to Bangkok.

If I could I will give only 1 point for this hotel because my stay was horrible. The room not clean, smell in the lobby, good point is it close to Arabian community. We found insects in the room and they climb to our pillow and bedsheets at night time! Thanks to Peach the manager at night she upgrade the room for us and help to bring our bags and everything to new room by herself. This issue also happened in my brother room and another managers didn't do anything since daytime. My brother have to move to a new room in night time and again thanks to Peach she can find another room with connecting door in another building for my brother since he have childrens. My question is why another managers in daytime didn't do anything? My brother already told them he found small insects and his son got bite too but they ignore the issue. What they do is move them to a new room in the same floor and same building. Seriously? 4-star hotel manager? We will go back to Boulevard again because before we left we spoke to Peach and she promise to us everything will be better and better since the hotel is still reopening. I hope you continue your good service attitude Peach. Thank you and we wish to see you again next time.

The property itself is nice. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was quite good also. The room wasn’t really clean; the toilet hadn’t been cleaned nor the washing basins. It didn’t even look the beds sheets were fresh. The next day towels were incomplete, no toilet paper, the coffee cups weren’t cleaned and a 2 year old would have done a better job making the bed. I kindly requested the front desk to sort things out but without result. They seemed hardly interested. This was so untypical Thai. We’ve been to Thailand quite a few times and they really know what hospitality is, but somehow it missed this hotel. Also (and we didn’t know) the vast majority of guests were from the Middle East. Although that in itself is not an issue, the entire lobby and bar area was full with women and kids till after midnight so not very inviting to sit down for a nightcap or two but every seat was occupied anyways. The hotel is also located in an area where you’d predominantly find a Middle East clientele. It’s great if one is from there but for a Western family I did feel it wasn’t the best choice.

Full disclaimer that I've stayed here maybe 10 times since the hotel was called Amari. That was long ago, and after being closed for several pandemic years it's back, again as Boulevard. It has turned towards a Middle-Eastern customer base in line with the many such shops and restaurants in that area. It's a good hotel, not perfect, and I'll get to that. Good things: location on Skytrain (Nana) is unbeatable. Because of the long closure, most facilities are new. The breakfast buffet -- if you were wise enough to include it in your room rate -- is superb and we appreciated that despite the predominant Muslim clientele, some pork items were clearly labeled and available. Staff are unfailingly cheerful and helpful. The aircon works really well and unlike many hotels you can actually control it. The TV was huge and so state-of-the-art that it took awhile to figure out. Very comfortable beds. Simple, strong safe. All fine. Other things: hot water takes *forever* to arrive in both sink and shower. Eventually it does, but many people would give up. It was good to have a mini-refrigerator, but nicer if it had an ice tray. Also good to have a balcony, but they need to clean bird poop from the railings. Finally, on one day, this hotel started an immensely noisy room demolition/renovation, with no warning, at 0700. They should have waited until at least 0800. The little things began to add up over the week's stay, so I feel OK with assigning a very strong 4 stars instead of a very weak 5.

My room is on the 9th floor, equipped with a twin bed and a single bed for three people. Upon entering the room, there was an immediate, though not overpowering, smell of sewage which was quite unpleasant. I immediately called the reception to request a room change, but my request was unsuccessful. The receptionist was very polite, but they only sent someone to spray cleaner. There were two small flies in the room. By midnight, the toilet was clogged. It's too late to do much now, but I will request a room change first thing tomorrow morning. This has been an unpleasant experience.

It is very nice place and good location that easy to find the restaurant and facility nearby . The frontline staff were professional and polite. The room was clean and decorated neatly. Furnitures were new and modern. The price is reasonable and worth to pay for. It is would be appreciated if the hotel will provide more special price during high season for customer need. Hopefully If I have a chance , I will come back here again See you 😊

It was our first time to Bangkok and this hotel made it the best start ever! Located 2 mins from BTS and a short walk from MTR makes it perfect to get around! The staff are so friendly and helpful, happy to give directions and suggestions. The day manager even gave us recommendations on where to go at night - a fantastic experience to start our Thailand trip! The pool area is really relaxing and serene for being in the middle of a big city!
