Terrible experience, it felt like I’m staying in a motel without category, hotel is old and smelly, everything in the room is old. Shower is very old too. Check in and check out procedures will take ages, will wait in the line as at the airport and then very slow registration process, although staff is very polite and nice. Lobby looks grandiose but in reality all looks very old. Windows in the room were incredibly dirty and the room view unpleasant. The only surprisingly positive moment is breakfast, despite bad coffee the choice of options is incredible, looks like lunch buffet and the food is tasty. Before checkout at 12 pm at 11:35 I had 2 calls within 3 minutes from reception with information that I need to check out, I said I know that at 12, they said it’s just a reminder, never had this before, weird. Located within 5 min walk to Nana BTS. Overall, I’ll never stay here again even if the price is cheap.

It was a nice hotel at a great location. Breakfast was delicious and with variety of choices.

Quite clean and nice hotel except breakfast served bacon is very hard and sometimes beans are not cook properly.

Love this hotel good location, hotel is old but large rooms and facilities make up for it, we are not fussy

Do not go to this hotel it is very bad customer service.  Took over 45 minutes to check in and there’s only 10 people in line.  The staff speaks very little English.  The hotel is  like a shopping mall one way in one way out only.  The rooms are substandard. The bathrooms are tiny. The bed was uncomfortable and they use twin sheets on a king size bed . If you watch the TV, there’s not a big selection on there unless you wanna watch news  this hotel is not family-friendly. There’s a lot of *********** that hang around the hotel at night I have been to many hotels in Bangkok. This by far is the worst one so stay away from it

Generally good, I need around 1 hour and half to check in around 2 o’clock, I think hotel need to improve check in during peak time

Thanks to ambbasador hotel for the service… i am very disapointed due to no towel ready in the room… I am very surprised that the bath towel needs to be requested when it is to be used because it is not available in the room. I would also like to warn visitors to be cautious of a taxi driver named Chavee. He drives a yellow-green taxi and always waits for customers near the Ambassador Hotel on the route towards Nana BTS Station. He deceives customers by charging high fares and refusing to use the meter.

No all the staff can speak in English but some of them are really helpful. The facilities are a little bit old, especially the AC system which is really noisy.

Lovely high quality hotel with big rooms, I stayed in the sky wing for 1 Sunday night which was very quiet at night time for a good nights sleep. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Check in queue was big but the wait is short. Didn’t try the gym or food as I didn’t stay there long enough. Will stay again for longer next time. And recommend this hotel for very good value and quality. Photo is from Above Eleven which is a great place for dinner 5 minutes walk from Ambassador hotel.

Good location, reasonably priced, well equipped gym, and a good size swimming pool. Would recommend.

Room was dark and hotel did not provide any face towel. Hotel was old and the reviews are deceiving. It’s near Nana station but not worth staying unless you don’t have a choice. No more next time for me.
