Baiyoke Suite Hotel Reviews

A short walk from the taller more famous Baiyoke Sky Hotel, this sister hotel suites are more affordable and can use the same hotel shuttles bookable from reception. Though my room has some problems ( such as room phone not working, door cannot open), the service staff came to rectify. I had not wanted staff to come into room (housekeeping) after I extended another night. But they came and cleared rubbish from bin, restock drinking water ect. Hopefully, I trust nothing important was taken, except my used plastic box which I thought of reusing, but cleaner discarded, thinking it as single-use disposable bec it was not well cleaned by me.

Baiyoke suite always have been my first choice of stay in bangkok. Big room and very convinient to shopping! Near the Airport Railway!

Ideal location , perfect city view, big rooms, nice hotel but a bit old type.

The location is very good. The hotel though is very old, the furniture inside the room are old, the refridgerator and the heater are also old. everything is old except for the towels and supplies. The room is being cleaned everyday though and the food was great.

I booked two (2) executive suite rooms for 4 people, and we are all girls. I booked for 2 nights and i arrived early at the hotel around 3-4pm and 3 of my sisters and niece arrived 2 hours late since we came from different parts of the world. It wasn't informed that they needed 2000 baht extra for room deposit and it has to be in cash. However, they let me check in first. The Muslim receptionist has a welcoming and inviting gesture, which was very much appreciated and glad to see. Rooms was really old and you can feel the springs on the bed, 2 towels and the Ac in the room was not really cooling, but no problem, I just leave the door that connect us to the living room open a little bit. The flushing system is terrible, if you are doing business no.2,prepared to keep on flushing. Asked housekeeping for an extra towel to the room, and they said okay. They called me after a few minutes to ask if I asked for 2 pillows, and I said, "No. Madam, I asked for 2 towels for showers, and she just hung up on me, and I never got the towel. I wasn't making it a big deal until my sisters and niece came to check in at the hotel, and coincidently their grab driver asked the security if he could use their toilet and was told to go up to the reception level. At this time the lady at the reception who checking them in asked them to provide another passport for the amn that came with them, and they told her, he was not with them and I am in the room already. This time, I was about to come down to get them from the lobby. She accused them of lying and told them she had cctv that proof her claims that the man was with them in the lift. This accusation is degrading and may cause misunderstanding, especially if the woman checking in is married. It is very disappointing to receive such a non welcoming and threatening behavior from a staff member after receiving a different kind of welcome gesture from another. The hotel was old and lacks amenities, doesn't even have iron and iron board, unlike the bigger sister hotel baiyoke sky. Sometimes, other things can be overlooked if the staff is accommodating,helpful, or other positive behaviors. But this accusation furious me, especially when she accused them of lying and threatened them that she has a cctv as proof. This is not acceptable anywhere. I will not recommend this hotel unless you just need a cheap hotel to sleep in for shopping and doesn't require anything. By far, I can say the muslim receptionist, the concierge gentleman who did his best to use basic words of our language, and the kind security personnel is my only positive encounter. I'm here for 11 days, I'm glad I only stayed here for 2 nights,not coming back ever again.

Customer service front desk was very rude and unfriendly. Will never stay at this place.

Hotel near the Pratunam, near the Baiyoke Sky Hotel,Breakfast nice at the Sky Lounge Level 43

There is only one reason to choose this hotel. Its location. On every other parameter if fails miserably. Old, worn down, full of fungus and bad smell. Broken lamps, destroyed floor, low quality hard beds. Avoid if you can.

Reception staff was not so friendly, but staff carry laguage is helpful. Less charging place in room.

Excellent buffet breakfast on 43th floor lounge with city view at sunrise. Love the location, rooms are spacious. Overall price is reasonable. Easy to access pratunam area.

I have stayed in this hotel for many years, you get a suite which includes a big bedroom with joint bathroom /sitting room and a dinning table. Change bedroom/bathroom sheets/towel daily and the same for cleaning . If you have a car parking is free. Position is a tourist dream for shopping. Excellent breakfast (buffet) eat as much as you want. For the price you cant go wrong.

I is not cleaning enough bedbugs are there and how is will be clean for future

Very bad service no extra water no scale staff not helpful, I won't stay there again.
