Location is good. In a not so busy but not boring soi. And walkable to MRT and BTS. And next to a nice park and a good mall. Will be back.

The hotel is so small. Under expectation of Best western standard. No facilities at all. Bed is ok. Room looks ok. But don't feel so clean, don't know why, may be lighting. Lights are too dark in my opinion. Reception (short hair, chubby woman) is feeling annoying talking with me all the time. Don't have service mind to talk. But the rest is ok. I requested for extra chair, they helped provided (luckily, I talked earlier with the night shift because day shift they just said No) Overall, hotel is ok. Service is average (some good, some not impressive) location is so so. Parking is so limited up to 5 cars only.

Really nice hotel and good staff

Good hotel. Room is spacious. There was a super king size bed, but a little hard for me. Location is at city center and great for various food option. Will consider to come back again for my upcoming business trip.

Good location considering the price per night. Compared to the hotels near the train station, this hotel price is affordable. Will be back soon.

When I was a kid back in the 90s, a Best Western Motel was where you stopped on overnight car drives because Dad was tired and didn’t want to drive all the way to the Gold Coast. They used to be very basic with ugly stained brown carpet, floral bed spreads, and a lingering smell of smoke 💨 and nasty spring base mattresses that threw you onto the floor if you rolled over in your sleep. Thankfully, Those days are gone!! BW has really done an outstanding job at rebranding itself as a sleek nuvo contemporary business hotel. The room decor is sleek and modern with touch lights and super comfortable KS bed. The hand held shower nozzle is absolutely huge and could also be used for hosing down large circus 🎪 animals. The nozzle actually provides different jet streams and I love this. The mini bar fridge is silent and doesn’t make an annoying humming sound. The staff were very accommodating with all my needs including a wake up call and laundry. I was hoping there would be a pool of some sort to cool off but alas there isn’t one. The restaurant downstairs serves plenty of drinks, cocktails, and well priced meals - but being in Sulhumvit you are really spoiled for choice at the eclectic variety of restaurants within walking distance such as Korean BBQ, American Burgers, Italian, Indian and Georgian/ Greek cuisine. I enjoyed my stay at BW and the new rebranding makes it a welcome change for your next short term stay. Thanks for the comfortable vacation.

No toothbrush and necessary cleaning supplies. Location is good. Room clean and staffs very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is good smiling, very nice hotel. Staff are very helpful. Change the room from 311-607. Three ladies are very kind.

You will be surprised by the clean and big, modern rooms at the hotel. There are not many facilities and no in- house breakfast, but there's a fantastic breakfast in restaurant just beside. Service and attitude is in top.

Clean and decent 4 star business hotel

The location is good, but the service part need to improve a lot, still a good bargain for the cost paid.

The Best Western Sukhumvit 20 is fantastic for the money. Its location is great, but a little less crowded than the rest of Nana. It’s close proximity to delicious restaurants and the food courts of Terminal 21 and Robinson’s makes the location optimal. The king bed was super comfortable, the AC and hot water was superb and the front desk staff was phenomenal. I recommend that you consider trying it out.
