Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok – Luxurious, Comfortable, and Exceptionally Convenient

I stayed at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao for three nights and had an excellent experience. The location is absolutely perfect – close to MRT Phahon Yothin station and directly connected to Central Plaza shopping mall, making everything easily accessible.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Large windows offer stunning city views, and the high-quality toiletries add a touch of luxury.
The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options, making for a fantastic start to the day.
The infinity pool and rooftop lounge (Blue Sky) are highlights of the hotel. Enjoying a cocktail while overlooking the city lights at night was truly a mesmerizing experience.

Hotel next to central ladprao which is walking distance and bts ha yaek ladprao. Convenient to go around bangkok by bts as the area was congested.

Located at Central department shopping mall LadPau. Have supermarket and a big food court and restaurants for good eats. Have a big garden and swimming pool. Close to BTS can go to more shopping malls such as Emporium, One and many more. Room type junior suite is the best not expensive with good value for money.

A pleasant surprise from the hotel although I didn’t mentioned that it was my birthday. The hotel left a cake in my room & sang a birthday song for me when I was in the sky bar at night. Would like to express gratitude to the hotel & staff for the effort.

2nd time staying at centara grand @ ladprao.
Some issues i had encountered on this trip: 1. During check-in the receptionist forgot to return my passport and i have to remind them & 2. Booked 2 rooms, 1 of the room was infested with cockroaches. Kudos to the staffs in assisting us to clear the roaches and immediately changed a new room for us at 12mn. There is room for improvement in cleanliness for a 5stars hotel, other than that everything else was good. Hope that there will be improvement when i visit next time.

I like to have plenty of pillows and they did not disappoint. Some places needed reminding but they paid attention. Had a great time this trip!

Location is good, close to shopping mall central plaza ladprao and easy access to Don Meaung Airport. Going to the center of Bangkok can be done via BTS.
The room is a bit old and should be renovated. The cleanliness is not good and see some sticky and stain on furnitures. Feeling dusk from carpet.
Staff is good and Hotel is crowded.

Location is the best. Reception staff could communicate better. Arrived early so I know we had to wait for the room but the check in staff was not pleasant when informing us to wait, something like "I already told the room staff to clean quickly but you still have to wait."
Only down side of the room is the minor smell coming from the drain.
Overall good.
