Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok Reviews

The location is convenient to famous places around Pratunum. The staff takes request seriously and will response promptly. The hotel will aleast welcome you with a plate of fruits in your room. Only thing is the night market within watergate doesn’t have much things to see.

Staff were mostly very friendly and greeted or acknowledged us when they see us which felt very welcoming throughout the stay. The drop-off point was always with at least one staff who will be very proactive and alert to guide or open all the car doors throughout the day, even late at night. Housekeeping was very very impressive, rooms were very well maintained and cleaned properly everyday. Happened to meet one housekeeping lady one morning and she was super bright and cheery when she greeted and checked with us if she can clean the room. She definitely made the start of the day so happy and delightful! Unfortunately, we were there at the period that the hotel was doing maintenance works for the outdoor pools (not swimming pool) and also wasn't able to visit the level 20 outdoor restaurant as it kept raining. Therefore, we were unable to take any pretty pictures of the views which was one of the regrets we had. But that was secondary as we did experienced one of the best service and enjoyed the beautiful and clean interiors, which was my best stay in all the years I had visited Bangkok and visiting different hotels. Overall, I am so impressed with the positive vibes and smiles of all your staff. The professionalism and service levels were all in line throughout all levels and kept high regardless whether it was concierge, front desk, security or housekeeping staff. Would definitely stay again and hope that the standard will be maintained and blow my mind away again on my next visit!

We stayed here for my daughter 5th birthday celebrations. Attached are the surprised that prepared by the hotel. My girl loved it. Walking distance to platinum mall, pallladium mall, Big C. For those loved night market can considered to stay here. One things that a bit disappointed which is they don’t have swimming pool. The kids a bit upset for this.

Great hotel near shopping area. Shop, eat, shop, eat and repeat! Cheapest and cleanest massage shop just downstairs too. Good service and yummy food for room service. Very satisfied and will definitely be back!!

The hotel lobby is on 9th Floor. The entry (car to drop off and to the lobby) to the hotel was unpleasant and looked shady. I don't like. The lifts were also in bold colours and didn't exude a comfortable feel. Lobby is not grand but there's a Starbucks corner. Room was bright but lousy toiletries Pool was closed for renovation. Breakfast area was rowdy. Food quality and spread were acceptable though. Needed a short walk to the main road. Not convenient.

Good location within walking distance to many malls and shopping/eating places. Big, spacious and clean room. Highly recommended.

Love the location of the hotel, is pretty near to the message places and downstairs also have a small night market. Hotel room is clean.

The room was very clean and equipped with full amenities except the smell at the lobby and ground is unbearable… I wouldn’t want to come back agsin.

A convenient location within walking distance to Platinum mall, Big C and Central World. Nearby night market on daily basis with 7-11 and massage parlours. Room was nice and cosy for family of 4. The king sized bed was huge to accommodate 2 adults and a child. The toilet was huge with bath tub but unfortunately, there is no lock. Ok for families. Love the attention by the hotel to provide a welcome food and fruits for our stay and as an appreciation, they gave 4 elephants toy on our last day of stay. An enjoyable and nice stay and tks to all the friendly staff at Centara Watergate. Hope the hotel has more powerpoints for charging purpose and a swimming pool.

We chose this hotel primarily for its location near major shopping areas (5 mins to Platinum Fashion Mall, 10 mins to CentralWorld and Big C Supermarket). There are lots of spas down the road offering all sorts of services from foot massages to body scrubs. 711, Starbucks, McDonalds and KFC all within walking distance. But I highly recommend Siam Seafood which is situated opposite Platinum Mall. The hotel is clean and the amenities were good. Breakfast is served as early as 6am, buffet style with a lot of choices! We loved the quality of service. They are very attentive to your needs. Best value for money. Over all, we had a great time!

The location is very great, it is near to central world and the night market. Hotel staff is very responsive. Very close to 7-11 and local massage shops as well.

Loving the stay, nice overal property. Very decent location, close to Platinum Mall & CentralWorld. One of the station from Airport Express train is few mins walk away. Room is clean, quite spacious. Breakfast okay, some of the pastry are nice. The butter cake is good.

We stay at 12 floor. The view is nice! The room & toilet is spacious. Price is reasonable. Will be back next year.

Great value for money. Really central in the heart of bangkok. This is my second stay here, I'll definitely be back and refer this place to others.
