Nice stay near to Chinatown but in quiet area, clean room with panoramic view, swimming pool is great

Everything is fine for me except the room soundproof have to improve as the whole night my next-door neighbours talking very loudly affected my sleep till 3 4 am.

Good stay. near by mrt easy to go to anywhere. there have Netflix channels.

Nice location near tourist spots, the driver associated with the hotel was incredibly warm and hospitable, adding an extra touch of enjoyment to my stay.

Because the bed is so comfy, I really adore it.

We loved the location of this hotel. We were there for 3 days and we walked to Chinatown everyday since it was walking distance. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The checkin was smooth and we checked in around 6am in the morning after landing at Bangkok. We were pleased with the service. We booked a standard no room window at first but we got an upgrade later due to availability. Simply didn’t like that room due to poor ventilation, gloomy, dark and was claustrophobic. I would definitely avoid booking this type of room in future. Our deluxe queen room was good. Spacious, had a big window with the city view, large android tv, good air conditioning, ample hot water etc. Room service we had was decent. On the 12th floor space is hotel lobby, restaurant and the pool. Overall we enjoyed our first 3 days of our trip at this decent hotel.

Hotel location grate for travel by MRT. Lobby look bright and elegance. Front staff is nice.Restaurant staff too. Hotel room interior quite old compare with lobby. Bed is comfy and clean. overall furniture needs maintenance. air condition working well. Good quality breakfast. During my stay 2-3may 2024 Walkway a bit ******* with mold on ceiling maybe under reconstruction.hope it will be fix soon.

Location is very good, it’s near MRT, you can go anywhere, It’s so convenient. The room is quite big and very clean. What I love the most is Breakfast, which is Buffet, it’s really good, there are Thai food and western food. 10/10

“We were very disappointed.” This is my third time staying at The Quarter Hualamphong by UHG. For my first two stays, I was on the 10th floor, which was fine as I mentioned in my reviews on April 15 and 17, 2024. This time, I stayed on the 6th floor, room 609. The room was musty and I'd like to challenge the management to come and see for themselves. However, I let it go since I was only staying for one night before an international flight. To my dismay, upon checkout, the staff informed me that one of the hotel's green shampoo bottles was missing. We tried to explain that we never used the hotel shampoo because we brought our own toiletries. We had no reason to use or steal anything from the hotel. The only thing we took from the room was one bottle of water (see photo). This incident was embarrassing for us in front of other guests who were waiting to check out. To be honest, we were very disappointed. We would like to reiterate that we did not steal anything and had nothing to do with the missing item.

Close to metro and train station, temples, Chinatown with the best street food. The room was clean and bright. No complaints. Bed comfortable. Great view from the room.

Realy fast checkin on reception and very friendly personall on reception. All was fine, but small detils like: no tea selection in 4* hotel. Heavy still beds around pools. Bed in deluxe room was very great and comfortable.

Good value for money. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Even though advertised as no window room it still had a little window to a shaft that would let a bit of sunlight down. The pool was nice, too. Location is walking distance to Chinatown!
