Room is an abandoned no human's restricted land. The safe box was broken, the teacup was full of parasite eggs, no telephone ,the TV was broken, the wireless network was non-existent, Speak Trip , Trip customer servicer feel us was very annoying .

A hotel that is about 1km from sala deang station. Ideal for travellers seeking practability and affordability.

- no toothbrush (on trip it’s said include) - towels with some prints like blood + location + good for this price

Good room

Excellent location. The metro station and BTS are located within walking distance of the hotel. I am satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The hotel informed us during check-in that the rooms were fully booked and no longer available. This did not happen to just to me. It all happen to all travellers that were about to check in on Friday, 2 Feb 2024. As i was trying my luck to insist for room, there were roughly 20 more ppl arrived trying to check in but to no avail. The manager informed us to change for a different hotel on that particular night which i refuse to oblige. I felt that not only they purposely overbooked. They intent to downgrade other people's booking and make way for those walk in (without confirmed purchase order) in an attempt to hike up room prices due to high demand during the weekend. I forced them to cancel my booking, i have emailed the hotel which email address provided by trips.com but yet to receive a reply. I demand a full refund as i refuse to be treated and cheated this year. I urge and insist trip.com to process refund and charge the hotel accordingly. Trip.com please take this review seriously

This room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and included a really nice reading chair. The bed was also extremely spacious. Be careful and watch your step in the bathroom. The food is fresh but extremely limited in variety: rice, toast, nuggets, butter, jam, and fresh eggs with water or juice was available in the buffet. I couldn't extend my stay. 😞 Sadly i took no photos.
