- The room is too dark and extremely loud due to the air conditioner, making it hard to sleep. - The toilet wasn’t very clean; there was hair and soap stains left by previous guests. - The breakfast attendant seemed very upset. We arrived at 6:45 am (breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 am), but the food wasn’t ready, and we had to wait a while. - The remote control is terrible and needs to be replaced. - ห้องมืดมากค่ะได้ยินเสียงดังมากน่าจะมาจากเสียงแอร์ข้างข้างห้องทำให้บรรยากาศในห้องไม่โอเคเลยปวดหัวมากเพราะเสียงที่ดัง - อาหารเช้าไม่ได้ให้ตักเองนะคะ จะมีแม่บ้านตักให้รสชาติไม่ได้ว้าว แม่บ้านไม่ค่อยโอเค อาหารเช้าบอกเริ่ม 6 โมงเช้าเราไปถึง 6 โมง 45 นาที อาหารเช้ายังไม่เสิร์ฟแม่บ้านยกมือทำท่าห้ามเข้ามาเป็นแบบนี้ไม่ต้องเขียนว่าเริ่ม 6 โมงเช้าค่ะ - ประตูเป็นเสี้ยนเยอะมาก นั่งไปนั่งมาโดนเสี้ยนตำได้แผลเพิ่ม - ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดค่ะ มีเศษผมจากคนอื่นแล้วก็คราบสบู่ที่เช็ดไม่หมด 

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring the area.

All the noise was too loud and you can hear everything even the foot step, door lock, or music in the lobby come into your room.

It was a terrible experience. Breakfast pathetic. Booked put after 1day. Very dissapointed.

It has some stain on the floor. The water flows so slow

I was very impressed with the reception staff. Very helpful and professional. The room was large with a comfortable large bed. The hotel is a great location. Walking distance to MBK shopping mall, Bangkok Art and Cultural Centre, and Siam Paragon Mall.

So dirty and bad smell. Horrible thing is so much bugs in the room. Toilet is also bad.

Oh boy! I wish I hadn't stayed here. The location is great, as it's close to the station, and the ladies at the front desk were super helpful, but that's about it. Maybe it was nice when it was new, but now it looks like it desperately needs a renovation. Definitely not as good as in the photos. The "pool" on the 1st floor next to the lobby is really tiny. I personally wouldn't risk getting in there. Dunno if it was because I was checking in right after 14:00, but there were no rooms ready and it seems that they "cleaned" my room in 5 min. I found suspicious looking hair in the bath. The pillowcase had holes in it. The bed's cushioned headrest had a plastic covering. There were black stains on the walls. The hotel has seen better days.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Slept well through the night after a long day of walking around. The reception was accommodating. The only downside is that the hotel seems to need an uplift as it looks old and very dusty & dirty. The walkways are crowded with stuff that made it appear like a storage facility. The lift closes within 3 seconds that might be a safety risk for elderly and children. The indoor pool looks inviting in the photos but in reality it is a wading pool in the middle of the reception where no privacy is. Opening the curtains you will be greeted with a view of a leaking aircon compressor or a neighbour’s backyard. Totally uninviting and depressing. If you are intending just to sleep and nothing else, this is an ok place. Nonetheless, my stay has been uneventful.

Worst hotel ever, pictures are amazing but in reality it’s an old hotel, swimming pool is so small. Rooms are looking like 20 years ago. Better do not stay there

Really friendly workers at this lovely hotel. You are in the center of the city but it’s down a more local feeling street, meaning you get the best of both worlds. Room is nice and spacious and the hotel is very charming and nicely decorated. 24 hour reception and free coffee, juice and popcorn 24/7. We didn’t realize until the last day, but you have to tell them if you want your room cleaned during your stay, we thought they just didn’t do it. You can always ask reception for more towels and TP tho. Outside the hotel is a local Thai street with lots of good cheap restaurants and launderettes. You are only 15 min walk to the start of the Siam shopping centers and 5 mins to the BTS station. Free breakfast with our room which was simple but tasty. A lot of staff speak good English and all of them help with a smile! Very pleasant hotel with guests from all over the world!
