No windows in rooms and the smell in hotel is not nice, the receptionist is not always there and if you have problem with electricity , no one can help. Need to wait in lobby till the receptionist come

I applied for an early check-in, but I waited two more hours. There's no apology, and if you're in a hurry, they'll give you another room, but they all go into one room. lol I ordered 2 rooms, does it make sense to get 1 room for the same price?
