Mine also come with breakfast set which is international buffet. Service at the reception counter was top notch. When I requested to print out my air tickets, it was promptly done, no charge. There was a bad smell at our mini fridge and I forgot to inform Housekeeping but when we returned to our room at night, the smell was gone. So Housekeeping was also excellent. Bedding is so comfy and we slept very well. Con is that there is no window view from our room sadly because we were on the 18th floor Room 1801 which would have a perfect view in actual fact. Toiletries for showering was very good as well.

Clean hotel! Can consider. Need to walk a little bit but it’s fine as it’s directly opposite December mall!

Great location, 24 hrs Mac juz downstairs. Platinum mall oppositie. Lots of food option. Massage available at lobby. Clean and spacious room. Will come back again

Perfect location, easy to get to every where we wanted to get too, breakfast had good selection. check in was prompt.

Only the location is perfect, but u have to take the Shibuya mall lift up to level 7 lobby for check in and then change to another lift to the room, quite a hassle . So if ure urgent for toilet or something not very ideal. One more annoying thing is the doors can't close properly, u need to slam it really hard which really disturbs all the guest especially early in the morning, rooms are not soundproof also. . Another con is the towels smells bad, toilet flush also not strong, only thing strong is the Aircon. Pillows are super flat also not comfy. Prices for this hotel keep rising also. Don't feel it's worth it anymore so I won't be back.

Been staying this hotel for many times. Location is excellent which shopping and food are all nearby. Room very nice and comfortable but the pillow they provided both are very soft and thin type. You can request for firm pillow if needed. Train station around 8-10 mins walk from Chit Lom station.

Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

Second time staying at this hotel because of the good location. Behind is the wholesale market and many local eatery. However, not enough charging points for devices in the room. Hair dryer took ages to dry the hair.

I love this hotel very much. It’s just located at the heart of the shopping district and the room is clean n newly renovated. It’s my anniversary and the hotel special arrange on the welcome deco for us. My husband love your very much

Location is very good! A lot of food stall around the hotel, and is at heart of pratunam, opposite is near the platinum fashion mall. And the best is, there is massage shop same as the hotel building. There is only 1 issue, is not near bts or metro. You have to take grab or tutu if you want to go around. There is red line metro/train that go to airport, with walking distance 15min to 20mins.

Location is nice. Cleanliness is also nice. Downside is, housekeeping keeps on forgetting towels but if you request it, they will gladly give. Another downside is, breakfast is always the same everyday.
