Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Reviews

My second time in this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in King room with Club access. The front desk staffs are well trained and attentive. Service staff Mr Bank at the lobby level restaurant is top notch for his excellent service. Pool and gym are nice and well equipped. Will definitely come again in the near future

We really enjoyed our stay at this excellent 5 starts hotel. Highlights include the truly excellent staff, who are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Fitness center and pool are both excellent. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of choices in Thai style, European and Chinese. Overall the food quality is excellent. We will continue to stay in this hotel for our next holiday in Bangkok.

Best hotel i have stayed in Bangkok so far... Great and friendly staff, they even provide a complimentary cake for my anniversary... I would be back to stay in this hotel soon..

Great hotel to spend few nights with you family in Bangkok. Excellent service and kids friendly

The hotel itself is 10000/10, very comfortable and luxurious. We used the lounge everyday and we were pampered throughout our stay. It is easy to go to Central World by foot, but when it comes to using grab taxi to go anywhere, the traffic was so bad that the car doesn't move for like 15mis or so... I recommend using train from the airport too. But I'd still stay here again because we didn't really need to use grab since everything we needed was walking distance.

Nothing to complain everything was smooth and good. Policy is weird. I bought a coffee from Erawan building on second floor, then I was not allowed to drink my coffee at lobby while waiting for taxi. I didn’t even sit at their restaurant zone, but at table in front of check in counter. Weirdly even purchase within Erawan premises, not allowed at any hotel zone. Maybe this is too high end hotel.

a good stay with a wonderful breakfast spread. only complaint is that the rooms were rather tight.

The location is excellent. Close to central world. The room is spacious and clean. Just one thing that I was woken up by an alarm set not by me at 4:30am. Breakfast was ok.

Great hotel, there's a reason for the 5 stars it has and why it's been around for so long. good access to the sky bridge that leads to train station and various malls

Beautifully hotel, friendly staff. Great food options. The rooms are well equipped. An area of improvement could be the pool bar as the drinks were quite costly and lacked a bit of flavor. Everything else was spectacular.
