The room given did not match the photo, we ordered with a glass facing out but in fact we got a room with no glass at all, more like a boarding house. The wet bathroom was quite surprising in its position, the shower was directly behind the door, but thankfully the warm water worked well. And the position of this hotel is very good because it is very close to the busy Pratunam market. Overall it's okay, but it's possible that if you return to Bangkok, you won't choose this hotel again.

not upto mark looks like oyo room. better to choose other option. only benefit is indira market but i think not worth.

Location stay and food was good but buffet system is not good we have to order food in buffet and can order one thing once not unlimited

Nearest shopping market good for familiar and kid's indian food just walking distance supporting staff

Rooms are not new in shape i selected balcony room no room like that provided to me after telling also

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The only best thing about this hotel was location. We booked deluxe room with balcony. The room that was allotted to us by that receptionist was neither deluxe nor there was balcony. After complaining the other guy did change our room but i will never go back to that hotel again.

The rooms are ok, but the bed was not very comfortable, should be better for a good sleep, also the elevator should be cleaned regularly

Stay was great staff was very co operative .over all the experience was very nice and good.would like to come back again
