Lucky House Khaosan

The hotel is really central but it is located on a street without clubs so there is no noise. In front of it there is a 7 eleven and it is very cosy. The cleanliness is not very good, the rooms are cleaned late and often only the towels are changed. We had to ask three times to clean the room because the person who came to clean pretended to clean. It also caused damage to the toothbrushes purchased because we had simply asked to clean the room properly. The reception was really nice and provided you with two more toothbrushes. I no longer found two necklaces inside the box that was in my suitcase, the reception called the person who cleaned but said he didn't touch anything. So They offered me to look at the cameras and I accepted but then the manager of the housekeeping said that she knows this person and that it is impossible that she stole. So they didn't check the cameras. The reception was very kind but not everything works as it should in this hotel. I wouldn't go back

Great location in Khaosan street - quick walk away but quiet location. Room clean and housekeeping came every day with new supplies. Great shower Good WiFi Good air con Fridge in room

The public areas are tidy enough, yet stains and dust remain in room corners. Daily cleaning only covers visible spots. Overall hygiene meets basic standards but needs detailed improvement for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is accessible to bus stop, not close to MRT or BTS, however, the bus transportation in Thailand is easy to monitor and access, so pretty convenience. Opposite the hotel is a 7/11, really convenience to buy snacks on the go. The cleanliness upon arrival is ok, not spotless but acceptable. Staff are nice and helpful. Will recommend if you spend the whole day out and just need a place to sleep. Has hot water, AC ok, not too noisy from outside. Price is cheap!

I loved this hotel! So clean, excellent location right by Khaosan road but still very quiet, super nice rooms, comfy bed, room cleaning daily, excellent AC, big fridge with water, front desk is very nice, free luggage storage. Just wish the TV had service, shower was warmer, and wish that there was a kettle in the room but everything else was exceptional! Will stay here again! :)

Easy to find this hotel, very close to Khaosan Road, Grand Palcce, the staff are very nice and helpful.

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok. I stayed there many times and will definitely back. It's small and perfect for a solo traveler. It's close to Khaosan, but not at all noisy. There are always clean towels, shower has good pressure. There's an elevator, and it's easy to get to and from the airport.
