The second time we stayed here. Booking a two bedroom apartment for my family. The first time we checked in, the front desk had made a wrong room for us which was a one bedroom. Finally, they made it clear and arranged correctly. No big deal.
Rooms was clean but one of the air conditioners in our room was noisy. I thought some of the parts were loosened.
I loved the location where we can easily access to nearby shopping malls and massage shops. Great.
Will visit here again and recommend to my friends.

Location wise is ok, room is spacious.
Hot water on and off, sometimes got no hot water, doesnt work well.
The room access card cant function for 2-3 times, i have to go down a few times before i can get into my room.

Large room, equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Wonderful customer service, even provided me with a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony.

It was my second time stay there. It is a decent hotel. I like the location the room size. It also not too close to the street so it helps with road noise.

Wonderful places for birthday trip. Really enjoy the stay as there are three new grand open shopping malls around. just only 5-15 mins walk to shopping mall, 5mins walk to BTS. very convenience! will come back again.

Accommodation was comfortable. The staff was friendly n very helpful. There was a decent gym for me to work out. I will certainly recommend this hotel/ Residence to any travellers as it is also close to both the MRT / BTS and also great shopping malls n restaurants n cafes located nearby.

Excellent for location and space for the price. For the price of a standard hotel room, you get the room, lounge plus kitchen at one of the most convenient location. What more can you ask for? Yes, the decor is a bit aged and could do with renovation. But it is clean and tidy. We skipped the breakfast to go eat out when we want to. And I get to use the pool all to myself every time. Definitely will stay here again!

Very dated, curtain with stain, torn bedsheets, toilet shower door unable to close and breakfast was disappointing- juices not fresh or cold, limited choice, no fresh fruits & no lactose free products. Room is noisy due to aircon compressor. Most of the fixtures are coming apart. Time for renovation. Front desk not friendly.
