The hotel location and facilities are very good. Especially the people working at the reception during the day are very helpful and friendly.

Noisy noisy noisy ! Hotel is for those who want to have fun at the door step, noisy within hotel till early hours and rooms facing Sukhumvit Road or worst still facing the BTS track with train noise: one will not have more than 3 hours sleep …. Room toilet has smell from the shower sewage… Even large rooms TV set is less than 20” ? Bring your own toiletries and water for water dispensing

The breakfast was with some limit of from menu dishes and not the buffet type. The room is near to the BTS train line and both Train station with Asoke and Nana. It was disadvantage for light sleeper who could not sleep well and longer time with loud trains noise moving up and down but the room was having a good view from the top five floor leve. You could only have one tyie cokd water shower and no hot/warm water for a shower/bath.l

+ Functional and clean rooms near everything + Good value for around 40 Euro or 1500 baht per night at this excellent location + Very friendly and helpful staff + Unlimited eco-friendly water refills + Decently sized swimming pool - However no shade or umbrellas at the pool = Superior rooms a bit cramped, deluxe rooms much nicer = mattress on the harder side - Not for noise sensitive people, a room on the backside is preferable (they provide earplugs) + Returning guests can leave a bag at the reception free of charge = You should not feel disturbed by the street *********** waiting for customers just outside at the nighttime

The hotel is a bit old but still nice and clean. The roof top is amazing. The hotel is too much guest friendly, working like a busy factory. Sleeping in the hotel could be problematic because of the noise outside but the hotel kindly provides earplugs. Otherwise, recommended.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Very clean rooms. Because of the sky train in front if the hotel, it's a little noisy but ear plugs are provided daily. Staff are very helpful. The hotel is not suitable for families.

Pros: Probably one of the greatest "value for the money" hotels in Bangkok. Walking distance to many venues, malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Pool is very good -- private and convenient. Reception and housekeeping groups went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent reusable water bottle idea! More hotels should follow. Cons: Walls are a tad thin, if your a light sleeper. Pool is one depth. If you're shorter than 5' 03" or a child be wary. I visited the first of June 2024. It was hotter in my hometown than in Bangkok. Rained a little at night. No complaints.

The front desk staff were all very kind. We were able to extend our check-out time by 10 to 15 minutes if we told them in advance. คอป'น คาร์ป

This hotel is a bit weird. On Trip.com and on other sites it is not mentioned that in the basement of this hotel there is one of the largest pick-up spots ("Thermae") for ******* and other ladies of the night in Bangkok. A lot of the hookups spend the night at the Ruamchitt hotel so it's a coming and going of single men with thai ladies through the night. Certainly not a hotel you would want to take a family to or to go there with your childeren. All the occupants of the hotel are single men. On the other hand, the hotel is affordable, the rooms are reasonably well kept, it's in a central location. The hotel even has a (fairly small) rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast is simple but also not expensive. So if you are a single man looking for Thai love this place is fine, if you are a family -especially with childeren- stay away!

The staffs are very nice, hotel is clean, room is large. Location near shopping mall and BTS. Very comfortable. But there is some noise from the road. It’s okay for us. Thank you for welcoming us, we will come back next time for longer stay.

Nice location and the front desk service is good and even the housekeeper is service oriented. Will come back again
