Nice place if u will be there just for sleep, clean, don’t have any noise. WiFi is very slow, can’t use for work. Breakfast have Asian food and just a bit European

We enjoyed this hotel, it is conveniently located, nice staff, no problems with the room. The only imperfection is the view of the neighboring building.

I arrived early to check in...but the hotel said the room is not being cleaned yet..so..I just left my bag at the lobby...the lady receptionist is so much help..the room is clean and big.the breakfast is ok..with a few dishes..but come with very good view of the city...

We can walk to Pratunam Mall, Night market and Platinum Mall. There is near BTS station and Bus stop. There has a lot food around the hotel. The breakfast also ok

Extended our stay after our initial stay. I am happy overall and would choose this hotel. Price was bit high , hope they increase facility to make it more value for money.

The hotel was quiet good. Location was perfect. It was at the center for many attractions.The only problem i faced was i could hear noice all night.

The room is clean n cosy. Location is easy to find and near to public transports. Convenient store is around the hotel. The breakfast changes menu daily. But the water pressure is low especially night time. One of the room can’t lock the toilet door, another room no inner lock.

Rooms Are Abit Old. Facilities Area Area Also Old & Odd. But Extremely Accessible. Good For Budget Trip Goers Looking For A Cheaper Place Rather Than Staying At Hostel

The room is decent in size and most importantly it is clean. Aircon is strong and so does the wifi signal. Breakfast is simple but nice. Will stay in this hotel again when I go to Bangkok next time.

This is a poorly managed place you call a hotel. The worst hotel of my life! It’s hard to even utter the words after how badly they treated me.
They are unclean, unhelpful, dirty, and have a bad attitude. The staff is the worst, inconsiderate and indifferent. They do not consider any situation.
From the time of tried to have an early check, they acted as if they did not understand my situation at all.
I booked 3 rooms on the same day by accident, once I arrived, I tried talking to the front desk and they had no solution for me at all. Let alone I still was not able to check-in. The answer given to me about a solution was incoherent and equivalent to no answer at all.
They were not able to accommodate me yet if I made a new booking on paper with the front desk they would've allowed me to have an early check-in. It doesn't make sense.
Requests for a refund were also refused.
Simply put they poorly ran, does not accommodate hotel guests, and do not ever expect any refund from this place.
This hotel is of the worst quality. If you want to enjoy your stay in Bangkok, Thailand do not stay here.
Never stay here! Complain!

Hotel near with Ratchatewi Train..near muslim restoran and mosque..and 7e also..room so big..very recommended to those like shopping.
