The room is very clean, the staff are very friendly. Not far from the MRT , easy to go anywhere . Have a lot restaurants

Looks old but the room very clean and spacious

Only positives are the cool (but loud) air con, clean smoke-free room, and spacious but dated looking room with luggage rack. Location is quite far from MRT station. Lots of PRC tourists. Poor WiFi speed. Poor hot shower water pressure. Will choose another hotel in another location next time.

This hotel is five star in my opinion no more than four. Updated rooms vinyl flooring throughout room doesn’t have a cozy feeling. No bide toilets. Should be a standards in five star hotel.

Overall the place was nice only could be noisy at times due to overseas visitors. It’s a 300m walk to the mrt but taxis are very convenient

Old hotel but pricey. Room is big but all furnitures are old. Can find a better hotel with this price.

Overall nice place and worth the rates. Most importantly 7-11 is just beside the hotel. Reasonable and acceptable overall for rates n stay.

The hotel is well situated near shopping malls and Bukit bintang monorail and mrt stations. It's within walking distance to Pavilion, Fahrenheit and Alor food street. Can just walk around to explore the area. Staffs are friendly. Check-in is fast too.

The bed is a bit hard. The air conditional temperature is fluentuating whole night. The air con controller display was malfunction. I didn't have a working table to put my notebook pc to check my email.

Very clean and close to the metro. With my food options nearby. A good place if u want to away from the downtown.

The accommodation is good. The service is also good. The location of the hotel is very great, it has a lot of restaurants that the price worth to try it, moreover it also very delicious.

Bad attitude, unwilling to solve problem, not qualified to be a good hotel No constant manual to solve problem, very disappointed Not suggest to stay when you have numbers of options in Bangkok
