Dear travelers, Pls be warned not to stay at this hotel Don’t be fool staying at this hotel as the photos and real life is very different. You pay for the cheapest room is like staying in a ******* hotel then the hotel manager upgrades up to another building which is newer and cleaner but warm water to shower isn’t existence and still got black molds that will harm your health. The hotel manager said for this time will be free upgrade since you have escalated this to trip.com!! Please lock your valuables in your suitcase as the cleaning staff will try their best to steal whatever you have that thinks is worth the money. They literally even have the cheek to take my foodcourt card that isn’t worth any value in it. I put into the keycard slot for electricity as I was charging my electronics equipment this happened after I came back and found my room doesn’t have electricity as told them to fixed the air conditioner has a lot of dust and water heater wasn’t even working properly!! By right they should leave the card on the table. I confronted the hotel manager and she has the cheek to say go check your valuables after told her ‘her staff stole my things’. Before I checked out one of the housekeeping staff came and return my card. When checking out the hotel manager just hiding inside and doesn’t want come out to apologize as she knows her staff fault!!!

Great hotel with amazing pool, super friendly staff, the room is nice and clean, location’s also not far to attractions area, 711 also just across the street, very convenient,we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

There i book 4 room for 4 my guest....but they are not allow other extra person Very bad experience.... If you go for enjoyment cant book this hotel.... West my money

Tried to update booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and was still charged for 2 nights. When I asked them at the desk for some guidance, they said, talk to ***********. So I followed their instructions, and after 48hours, they told *********** there was nothing they could do. Pretty piss poor effort by the hotel. There are many more beautiful hotels that are light years ahead at the same price point, and even less.

Very old hotel. Nothing close to the pictures on the website. 20 mins walking from Khao San Road. Expensive on site restaurant. Safety concerns.

Good budget hotel , good location, very quiet hotel. WiFi is really slow.

Our stay at Trang hotel was good. We stayed for 2 nights and had to book in very early in the morning. They were very accommodating to have let us check in at 3am! The room was small but we weren’t looking for anything fancy, just a place to sleep. The location to Khao San road was great and there were cute cafes within walking distance. The only major criticism is that there is a lot of construction in the area. It didn’t disturb our sleeping but it did make for a noisy environment. The breakfast was okay, not worth the price in my opinion. Overall, a pleasant stay :)

Good location and good room. The service is good and the check in counter response is quite fast.

Stayed here the first time I ever came to bkk, now my go-to place to bring people from out of town to see the palace or kaosan road. Highly recommend

Very nice hotel ,711 down stairs ,lot of food stores beside and convenient for all.

Lobby is leaking.have many mosquitos at lobby at night.the worst hotel I've ever stay.
