Booked for two beds room, but ends up with one bed, the reception said there was no other room available. Not allowed to dine in the lobby or by the pool, but allow loud and impolite groups roaring by the pool in 2:00am. Wanted to call the front, but the button of reception in the phone of our room is broken. There is only one small mirror in the bathroom and the safety box cannot be used.

It is a brand-new hotel. During the day, there is still some building going on. The environment is tidy and pleasant. This place has an extremely nice rain shower. Every staff has a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. The sixth floor also has a lovely bar. Recommend it.

Our recent stay at Cascade Hotel in Thailand exceeded all expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed with its high value for money. Traveling as a family with one twin bed and one single bed, our accommodation needs were perfectly met, providing a comfortable and spacious haven for our stay. The aesthetic setup of the hotel immediately caught our attention upon arrival. The attention to detail in the room decor and common areas showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a visually pleasing and comfortable environment for guests. The staff at Cascade Hotel deserve special mention for their exceptional service. From the moment we checked in, their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any queries made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch to our overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of Cascade Hotel is its strategic location, particularly for those keen on exploring Bangkok's iconic attractions. The hotel's proximity to the BTS made commuting a breeze, and being just a 5-minute ride away from Icon Siam, we found ourselves effortlessly immersed in the vibrant energy of this renowned shopping destination. What truly sets Cascade Hotel apart is its remarkable combination of affordability and quality. The CP (Cost-Performance) value of our stay was exceptional, offering a level of comfort and service that exceeded our expectations, especially considering the reasonable rates.

Staffs were extremely friendly and honest. Early check-in or late check-out will require an extra payment of 300 baht, but the cost seems reasonable. They held a 500 baht deposit for the keycards which they returned to me upon checking out. Room breakfast was basic but if you ordered the Cafe a la carte menu they were good for a stay-in lunch/ dinner. 7/11 just beside the hotel proves to be an excellent supper provider if you don't use the GRAB app for food delivery orders. The location is safe to walk in the night. Quite a few of residents will alight at the same BTS stops as you. You will find yourself very near ICONSIAM which is just a few stops away. Where you need to change trains via the Golden BTS line. Or you can take the ICONSIAM cruise which only costs 8baht/ per pax (a pretty cool ride to the mall). On the same BTS stop at Cascade Hotel, you can alight at SIAM station (many malls for shopping and eating) 30-minute ride CentralWorld. MBK Center. Siam Center. Siam Discovery. Siam Square. Gaysorn Village. Siam Square One. If you have more time on hand, you can visit Emsphere (the new mall) as well. where you need to change the train line at SIAM station. Overall cleanliness is good, I do not expect 100% perfect. There is some wear & tear and mold on the bathroom silicone but they didn't bother me As long as there is no hygiene issue. The environment in the hotel is great and lively. Many girlfriend groups and couples stay in the hotel for vacation. Each room has a balcony where you can enjoy your meal there or you can do it beside the pool. Super chill, vacation vibe. The hotel is along the quiet streets and it is a low-level building. Once in a while (every few hours?) you will hear motor vehicles riding through the streets. It did not affect my sleep and I felt rather safe to know the streets were not that empty. However, I feel that the room could be soundproof better as we could hear doors opening and the noise from the water pipe. I will visit again.

Nice stay! The environment is very nice 😍 Convenient as it’s near to bts station and 711. But there won’t be much choices for food, will need to travel to other station.

The front desk staff speaks ok English and can communicate in English. There is a lady who seems to know more Chinese. The room is about the level of domestic business hotels. The room we stayed in was not close to the road so it was very quiet. But I have to say that the room cleaning was very slow for some reason. We went out at 8 am and pressed the cleaning light. When we came back at 2 pm, it was not cleaned yet. Later, we told the front desk when we went out and they cleaned it. The hotel is very close to the Michelin vermicelli pot on the roadside. You can walk there. The fast food restaurant under the BTS line overpass nearby is cheap and delicious. It is also close to the Firt One Market night market. You can take the Skytrain to the past two stations and walk 100 meters. There is delicious Tom Yum Goong. We also walked to Siam Idol, which is not far away. The breakfast is so-so. There are six main dishes and three drinks options to choose from. You can order it for convenience, but later I found some local breakfasts nearby on Google Maps. When I checked out that day, the front desk asked me to pay over 200 baht for drinks, but we didn't order anything. We had already left at 8:41 am on May 26. I told her several times that I didn't order anything, and she confirmed it with the cafe repeatedly before finally returning the 500 baht deposit to us. Everyone should pay attention when checking out.
