One of the cheapest places around...but clean and well located, near cheap street food and an easy walk to the Khao San Road nightlife... friendly staff...the airport bus stops nearby too, so it's perfect for arriving or leaving Bangkok...I'll be back!

I used it for one night just before my flight back home. To be honest it doesn’t look good but meets all the needs. The room is very large, the bed is comfortable, standard bathroom. If you want just to sleep there, the fan does the job. It is located 10 minutes away from Khao San Road but is much cheaper. If you look for a place for a short sleep and to leave your baggage it is perfect.

Dilapidated guesthouse with an excessively small bathroom. You shouldn't be too fussy about cleanliness even if the linen smelled good and the floors seemed clean. Air conditioning was OK. The water in the shower is not hot but given the temperature, it is suitable. On the other hand, it is ideally located. 5 minutes from Khao San road, Wat Saket, Royal Pavilion Mahajetsadabadin. Etc. The reception is correct. Check out at 12 p.m. The price is ideal for a small budget. 1 to 2 nights is enough.
