Staffs are polite and provide good services. Room is big enough, 2 shower rooms and with a big living room. Breakfast is yummy but just few choices. The location is convenient, near MRT, but no 7-11 nearby. However, they need to improve the environment clean, we found a cockroach in the living room. Overall is valuable to stay.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. There is everything for a comfortable life. Staffs are very nice and always help you. It is a very good place (and we also really like the swimming pool on the rooftop and the restaurant is great)

A bit out of the city centre so need to get Grab to go shopping malls etc Deluxe room is comfortable with all amenities like kitchen with stove, kettle, fridge & kitchenware. Also include a washing machine. Breakfast is basic and simple choice of western and Asian dishes. Bed is firm with extra pillows.

Nice hotel, the decorative pillows on the bed were dusty but other than that, we’re happy with our stay.

This hotel was very nice, and the service was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and I made good use of the washer/dryer on the balcony. The location is not in the immediate area of much of anything, but there is a metro station nearby. It is an outstanding hotel for the price.

Great rooms, very clean, convenient to move around (next to subway station). Staff is very friendly, breakfast is great. Highly recommended for families. Internet connection was also great.

Booked this as it was near to my conference centre, within walking distance. I saw that it had excellent reviews, and i totally agree! I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the room was. I was upgraded to a suite from a standard room and the view was spectacular! The breakfast buffet was also simple but nice! Will definitely come and stay here again if next in Bangkok

It's a comfortable and environmental friendly hotel - the best part is smoking fully prohibited.

Staff are very friendly and understanding, issues with ventilation and air con was not fixed had to move rooms. Overall I recommend this place as spa and restaurant was good on top floor with great views.
