Great breakfast and good location. Also pool and gym are good. Windows are unfortunately of poor quality, lower floors are too noisy and high floor noisy from the Heals Club on the top

Hotel is in very strategic location. Everything were great. Only the facilities and room are abit old. But with good maintenance

Some towel and other supplements missing. The water supply weak, and some leakage of water found. Cannot see YouTube on TV and the samsung TV cannot connect to wifi ( as this function blocked).

Pros: Suitev(room type) is spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is great just few minutes walk from Chit Lom BTS. Can go to major shopping centres like Central World and Siam Paragon and Big C by walk. Cons: Sound proof is weak and you can hear loss from outside traffic and sound from next room. Cafe is not big and you may need to wait for seating for breakfast when you come after 8:30 pm.

Very good location, easy to get around the busy area and MRT station. Breakfast is ok, valuable for the price. Will stay again!

This was the worse experience I have ever had in my whole life. The room had strange noise (once every 3-4 mins). We needed to change the room 3 times and it took them almost 3 hours to do that. Can you believe this???? It ruined our whole night and miss our anniversary’s plan. The attitude from the front desk (a girl) was nice but the manager had the worse attitude. He was rude. He didn’t know how to communicate in a good manner and handled the incident extremely badly. The group really need to give their staffs more training. It is not professional at all for a 5 stars hotel. The only thing I can say is that they waived our room service charge (2 soups) from the other manager when we check out on the next day but I was still furious on what had happened.

Great location near ChitLom BTS station, shopping areas such as CentralWorld, Gaysorn and Big C supermarket. It is also just within short walking distance to the Erawan Shrine. Room was also neat and well-kept.

strategic n convenient location, which is at ChitLom BTS Station just 1 station away to SIAM Square. We were greeted happily by all thr staff at the lobby and May checked us in professionally with welcome drinks being offered by Gio. All facilities and benefits were being explained accordingly. Our room was spacious, and the bed is the bomb it was so fluffy and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Will rebook soon. TQ

Location is close to everything. Staff are friendly and professional. The front desk staff Nan was very nice to give us a late check out upon our request. Will definitely stay there again!

Very old Hotel with poor service. pink or red dim light in the lobby and many other places make it extremely unstable for business or family travel.swimming pool is so small and no service available. long waiting went check out. if u don't tell the front desk before formal check out, u have to wait for their checking result of the room even u are hurry for ur airplane although all expenses were prepayed do not have any extra consumption. BTW, smell in the lobby was so bad.

At first I was worried because the hotel was built more than 10 years ago, but when I checked in, everything was new, clean, and good service.

Love everything about the hotel. Great location just a short distance from Chit Lom BTS Station. The swimming pool is indoor and big enough. Room is very clean and comfortable.
