Very clean and spacious. Near to Big C and have few 24hrs foodchain and supermarket which is just next to big C mall. Small scale of street food near the mall.

I hope the management can do more to improve cleanliness of their room. What a waste..

Overall experience for this hotel was good and worthy for its price.

Room is dirty and dusty. Towels & bedsheets were dirty. Toilet smells bad all the time. No hot water in shower at all despite informing front desk on day of check-in. Location is behind The Street, which is along the back alley. Still wouldn’t recommend even though it’s at Ratchada. Our room was on the first floor so it’s rather noisy, although front desk did inform during check-in about noise. Overall, do not recommend.

Really clean and organised hotel! friendly staffs and comfortable room. though it’s hard to find public transport nearby but it’s easy to find a cab as well.

Clean and Cozy with friendly service, but the location is to depth in the middle of alley with many motorcycles

This is not the first time I stay in this hotel and this time the room is noise, they got Strict check in timing at 2pm and no make up room during my stay. They even requested me to pay for my complimentary water !
