This hotel located in the best place for public transport traveller. You can reach Phaya Thai station direct from BKK airport and hotel is just within 5 mins walk from the station. It also located right opposite of famous coffee shop in Bangkok, this hotel always worth for the next stay.

Very convenient. Right in front of phaya thai airport link train station and BTS. Simple room setting with comfortable bed. Place very clean and well maintain but too bad no swimming pool Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Convenient as it is near Phaya Thai BTS. Not many amenities but if you're not staying there for the amenities. The bathroom is nice.

Very comfortable bed, nice big android tv, maybe 65" can turn on Youtube relax channel for a good night sleep

Very good location. Room is simple yet stylishly decorated. Bed is super comfy. However, the service mindset should be improved. We arrived at the hotel late evening and when we wanted to check in. There was issue with the booking due to communication between trip.com and the hotel. The hotel was not active in solving the booking issue at all and just only let us to communicate with trip.com. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours and our kid couldn't have an early rest despite very early departure the next day. Only until trip.com offered us solution to rebook, pay the hotel for new booking and will reimburse the new booking for us that we can proceed the checkin. At last, the booking issue turned out to be the hotel mistake. Though the hotel was responsible to refund our second booking but the initial response to booking issue could have been far better, and more customer centric.

When commuting between Suvarnabhumi airport and city centre by train and BTS, this is a great option. Also good for overnight stay before or after flights. Area around hotel has many food options up to midnight. Phayathai is also near city centre for a cheaper accommodation option.

Location: Highly recommended location-wise! Hotel is right beside Phaya Thai BTS & Airport Railway. It's convenient for travelling between the airport and to town area like Siam. Room: Looks really cool and aesthetically vintage as if back in Victorian era! Clean environment - and comes with a bathtub! However, there's no soundproof at all, water running, footsteps and noise levels could be heard. Amenities: Basic amenities were provided, including bathroom slippers. Service: Staff were friendly however, interactive skills and hospitality could be better (that's just my personal opinion, they're still polite and nice ppl). Overall: Booked this hotel as most hotels in town area were all sold out so we decided to stay here, as well as celebrating 2 birthdays. Decor was really on point, which looks really aesthetically pleasing to the eyes with a Victorian style transporting back in the 90s. The stay here was pretty much smooth-sailing, no unpleasant experience, just that their service could be improved (personal opinion, no offense intended). Recommended for those travelling for short vacays and convenience!

Great location just behind a train station. Nearby siam square / pratunam area. Cosy aesthetic room.

A great hotel in Bangkok. This is the third time I stayed in Hotel Thomas Bangkok. It provides a lot of amenities including hair dryer, toothbrush. The bath tub is clean. Nearby express train is very noisy but the sound insulation is super great. The pillows are comfortable

If you want to have a good sleep, please DO NOT choose this hotel. The sound proof is extremely bad. You can hear clearly what the room next to you and even the corridor outside. Stayed for two nights and were lack of sleep for both. Basically it’s like a hostel with instagramable decorations only. Not qualifying as a hotel.

Location is quite convenient, nearby to train station. Room is clean and cosy. Staffs are friendly and efficient.
