my stay here was decent. it’s a nice and simple serviced property situated in a convenient location. easy to walk around. there was a misunderstanding about whether my booking included breakfast or not so i ended up paying almost $20 for a single omelette. i was in a rush to go to the airport so couldn’t be bothered going back and forth about it and just paid.

the hotel a bit far from the sky train need to walk around 600 meters, but it located in a quite residential area which is good for sleep.

Good price at the city centre. Efficient service as well. Nice transfer service. Value for money.

I only had rush trip in Bkk for 1 night. I and my teenage son arrived at midnight, only 1 night duty staff was at counter but he was very kind to me, Warm welcome with smiles. security guard who help us with parking did a great job. Next day, check out, front staff are welcome with smiles and because of heavy traffic, we are required for tuk tuk service, staff who drove us so kind, he dropped us at BTS elevator also help me carry my luggage. Hotel room new, clean, bed and pillows are comfy, slippers, iron+iron board. I will definitely return to Oakwood sukhumvit again. 5 starts services.

Dirty bed with bugs on it, towels with obvious stains, need to wait for a long time to get the toothbrushes

The Oakwood Hotel’s staff are all friendly, especially the cleaning staff who are always greeting and friendly with the biggest and happiest smiles! The Premier Studio I booked was great. It’s got an ironing board and iron, kitchen with fridge and microwave, closet with a safe, big bathroom & shower, bidet toilet, bathroom amenities & a very comfortable bed! The TV also has quite a few international channels which was appreciated. The pool is small but great to cool off! The room was very clean, even the floors under the bed and sofa! Great job to the cleaning staff. The hotel is about a 10min walk to Thong Lo BTS Station which was convenient. NEGATIVES: The towels are horrible, old and stained with brown stains. The towels are also frayed. This even with the replacement towels. Cannot blame the cleaning staff on this issue. It’s a management issue. Considering the rates the hotel charges, they can at least invest in new towels. They are the worst towels I’ve ever had in hotels across Asia. Oakwood can definitely improve on this!

Good value for the money. It’s walking distance to some night bars and clubs but the street the hotel is on does not feel secure.

It’s OK to stay the room is not big, not small. The hygiene is no problem but the receptionist has bad manner.

Property is nice, but some other visitors smoke on the hallway, and the hotel didn't take care it until later

Tucked away a short walk from Thong Lo skytrain station, this hotel is clean, the staff are excellent and super friendly & helpful. The rooms are very well appointed for the style if hotel, not huge but functional and comfortable. Bed is comfy, and air conditioning works very well. The breakfast is OK, my only gripe is the coffee machine. It took a while to figure out a coffee to our taste, but we are fairly fussy about coffee! We will choose to stay again if visiting Bangkok again.

Great service! Perfect price for solo travellers. Only off bit was the location, abit too far to the BTS. Otherwise fine🕔

Service was good and friendly. We arrived late at night and had some minor issues at check-in which was promptly resolved. Room is very clean and tidy. An overall comfortable stay!
