I like the location also the ac and pool and the rooms were pretty nice. But there were no charging point along with bed. The foods on the breakfast completely focused on indian vegetarian guest. Also may be all of the travellers are from india so that they do this. No handshower in the hotel’s washroom. View from hotel is also attached.

Unfortunately, our experience with the woman at the reception was disappointing. She was quite rude and unfriendly toward us from the beginning. It was raining heavily when we arrived, and she asked us for a 1,000 baht deposit. We politely explained that we had run out of cash because it was already our fourth day of traveling, and we asked if we could bring our luggage to the room first and then go outside to withdraw money and pay the deposit afterward. Instead of understanding our situation, she simply said no and spoke to us in a rude manner. We understood that the deposit was part of the hotel policy, and we were willing to pay it. We just hoped for a little consideration because we had been traveling for hours, were tired, and were standing there while it was raining heavily. We had been looking forward to this trip and wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately, our first interaction at the hotel left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. We believe that hotel staff should treat guests with patience, kindness, and respect, especially when guests are already tired from traveling.

Amazing rooms but there have not water jet in toilet but suitable for Indians tourists

A much older hotel, I thought it would be okay, because I have stayed with Ramada before. This one doesn't allow guests to have food in their rooms, which was an issue for me because I had online work to do and wanted to dine in my room. Once I saw how many cockroaches there were in the room, I understood the logic behind this rule. Run down and dirty. Also, the fitness center and pool keep very short hours. No morning workouts as the fitness center doesn't open until 1000. No sunsets from the pool, as it closes too early for that.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean, the bed was not comfortable. 1.5 Meter of Swimming pool high is not good

The shower head in the bathroom had visible mold growth where the water was coming out. No one helped me with my bags at the entrance of the hotel, after I checked in, or when I went up to my room. No one greeted me until I reached the front desk. The hotel is located right on the edge of a red light district and does not promote the luxury it shows. This is not a family friendly hotel. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable as well.
