amazing, Hotel Everything’s 5star all the way we will be back again thank you so much. the sky bar was legendary!! the food top top, the location was great too.

Very good hotel location with clean rooms and amazing views.

My second stay at this hotel, the first being 2010. Still 5 star service, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a late lunch by the pool one afternoon and the food was delicious. We had cocktails at the roof bar on our last evening , the views were amazing. The suites are starting to look a little dated now and some of the outside area on the roof bar are showing their age, with cracks appearing, but still loved our 3 night stay to start off our trip.

Lot of noise in the room because of some constuction in rhe next room . Overall superb hotel , great location and good food .

Me and my friends go often there but mostly to restaurants. It was our first time to stay at the hotel. And we booked this hotel for few hours to just celebrate of our friend bachelorette party (party theme was hangover so we decided to book a room and I informed this information prior that we are planning to have more guests but just 1 person will stay night) the most terrible experience was with sky bar that ruined the whole mood (the way how stuff treated us there was the worst in my life) not only they directly went to the bride and told her to leave the space if she don’t want to buy anything (some of us bought drinks but they didn’t count it) but the manager wanted to check if we are really hotel guests so he asked for more information and even do not hesitate to showing us they he is going down to check. We ve been there just 15 min and we tried our best to do not bother others since we understand that people might be resting, but all of them were super nice and wished to our bride the best (there about 5-7 people). In overall facilities in room is in not only good condition however the view is stunning especially on sunset. Breakfast is amazing and hotel staff is great (especially additional thanks for the guy that helps us on the first floor).

Negatives: - Aged Furniture: The room's furniture appears old and could use updating. - Quality of Welcome Gift: The welcome cake was dry, indicating it wasn't freshly made. - Medicinal Policy: Unlike some lower-starred resorts, the hotel refuses to provide over-the-counter medications like heartburn remedies. - Service Rigidity: - Rooftop Restaurant:Guests cannot view the menu without making a reservation first. - Limited Amenities:Requests for common items like mint were denied, even though it's used in the hotel's beverages. - Room Upgrade Issues: Despite online availability, requests for room upgrades for lounge access were declined. - Language Barrier:The staff's level of English does not meet the expected standard for a 5-star hotel. - Flexibility in Service: Simple requests, such as for a few slices of cheese at the restaurant, were met with confusion and denial, indicating a lack of flexibility and willingness to accommodate guest needs outside of the standard offerings. Overall, while the Lebua Hotel has the potential to offer a memorable stay through its spacious accommodations and celebratory gestures, its service limitations, adherence to inflexible policies, and challenges in guest communication need significant improvement to align with the luxury experience it aims to provide.

Good experience as usual. The breakfast is the highlight for us. One of our favorite buffet breakfasts in Bangkok.

I have stayed at this Hotel before, can not fault the Hotel. The buffet wasn't up to much in the morning and afternoon, plenty of Drink. Last time you could choose from a menu and relax my the Pool.

It's a very comfortable hotel with amazing views and nice breakfast. Very enjoy staying here.

A little too fancy for my blood. I was getting ready to go to an island for the rest of my trip but had a couple nights here when I first arrived to Bangkok. Unfortunately I did not bring any close toed or dressy shoes so I could not go to any of their nice restaurants and rooftop bars. A real pity, I was ready to spend money. Everything in the room was lovely looking. The balcony is a nice feature to overlook the city and river. The room was huge, too big for me as one person. Breakfast was good but I was expecting more. Really trying to sell the fanciness — like having no toasters, a man will grill your bread over an open fire 😅 but actually the selection was quite slim compared to other breakfasts I’ve had in Thailand. But, there was an attentive egg station, so that’s good enough. I did have an issue my first morning, the hostess for breakfast ignored me several times even when I said excuse me. So I ended up following her and just asking if I could sit at an empty table. Pretty embarrassing!

it’s a very nice hotel to stay, staffs hv good hospitality and extremely helpful. can tell the hotel has certain age as well, but it looks very well preservation.

It was such a nice place for holiday. Everyone was kind and the view was amazing!

The breakfast is good. The view at the balcony is nice. But the facilities are pretty old and worn. You need to wait for a long long time when you ask for something to deliver to your room. the bed sheet is torn and you cant use the hair dryer in the bathroom....

Well this is a lovely experience staying here in the fabulous hotel…. Everything was of the highest quality and staff are very professional and friendly went to roof top and had a good look around plus soaked the experience up breakfast was ridiculous….. so so much to choose from .. balcony was lovely sat out at nite and this morning…. Defo worth a visit it’s got a very special feeling and atmosphere I enjoyed it very much I been 15 years or so ago and it still felt outstanding
