Very good experience stay at here, free shuttle boat to Iconsiam,and friendly staffs, very nice buffet breakfast,will stay again

This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok!
I love the breakfast, the huge rooms with balconies and even a little kitchenette
The staff are nice and there is a boat you can use to get to the next pier which is very helpful
I know I'll be back!

Family of three, couldn’t wish for a better location and quality of stay!! We got upgraded to a one bed suite as well so do it was just fab. Swimming the pool up the river vista is amazing, breakfast is one of the best in Bangkok I would say.

I didn't get a refund for the deposit of 5000THB. and for the child added, I paid for the card, but it hasn't been processed yet.

An excellent stay as usual. Prices have increased but so have staffing levels.Top quality bed, bedding and towels. Superb staff at every level. Manager Lalita is especially attentive and knowledgable. Impeccably clean throughout for a luxurious and relaxing stay

Great location, excellent 2 bedroom room suite. The only shame was a lack of gluten free food consistency. In the suite lounge area, area Gluten free labelled snacks. In the restaurant, no mention so presumably not available? Same with breakfast

Enjoyed the riverside view and very much appreciate the boat transportation. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Unable comment on the food as we did not dine in.

Overall all are good and best.
Food, location, facilities and service are all good for me except late check in service. even check in at around 5 pm, however waited for 20 min to get a room which was under clearing they told.
Again I am satisfied with overall and will stay again here next time.

The ferry boat is not operational, which was the crucial transport from hotel to IconSiam. End up taking van service provided by hotel to Satorn Pier and we had to pay for the ferry ride ourselves.
The room cleanliness can be better.

It was a fabulous stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok. We were pleasantly surprised to be given an upgrade to our room and the hotel staff were all very polite and friendly. The food was also quite decent at breakfast. There’s also a boat ride service if I’m not wrong and the cleanliness and quality of materials was great as well!

Really friendly and helpful staff. We had paid for a breakfast, but flights were early so we needed to leave before breakfast had started. Then hotel provided a take away breakfast and had it ready for 4:30am.
The room was huge and amazing, the mini bar was free and the hotel also provided complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails.

Fantastic stay at Chatrium riverside. Service was great and breakfast was super delicious and had many choices. Also, really enjoyed the afternoon lounge service. Great place to stay on the Chao Praya River
