It's a lovely hotel and the customer service provides was exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay at Sukhumit area.

MUU Hotel is an amazing hotel , not too big and not too small, with a convenient location surrounded by all the shopping and retail that you may need during your stay in Bangkok. The hotel facilities in the hotel are top class. Their breakfast is probably the best I have tried in this amazing city. The staff in the hotel is always ready to assist you and always move mountains to get what you request.

Might the the best hotel in the thonglor/ekkamai area. Location is perfect.

The hotel is in a super convenient location for daily travel and activities, and has lots of food options nearby. The room was overall very modern and well kept, though there was a damp smell throughout our visit. The staff are absolutely fantastic and were extremely accommodating from the second we arrived until we left. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Great stay at the MUU Bangkok Hotel. ☺️ Particular highlights: - Friendly & helpful front desk staff - Beautiful common areas including the lobby & restaurants - Breakfast until 1pm on the weekends (great for those who like a lie-in!) - Lovely, quiet pool area - Location: Surrounded by plenty of restaurants & bars & less than 15 minutes walk to Thong Lo station Could be improved: - Some cosmetic damage to furniture in the room - Some areas in the room needed dusting - Some algae around the steps in the pool Overall we were very happy with our stay. Just a few improvements and I would’ve given this place 5 stars across the board.

Very very helpful and polite staff! Connected to a shopping mall and a 24hour supermarket. Highly recommended ! The concierge staff are so helpful and they don’t mind giving you tips and suggestions all traveling in Thailand!! Love it!!

Staff wasn’t really helpful, acting a bit snobbish to my Thai girlfriend. Send me to the coffeeshop instead of giving me the offer from the lobby. Room is not 5 star, smaller than declared. Hotel is nice arranged. Restaurant is very good. And the pool area is nice as well. Gym get an 8 plus.

Great place for families and couples. Clean facilities except the showers can be a bit better

Con. 1. Worst traffic area. Time travel by taxi takes 1 hour during the office peak hour. 2. Walking distant to BTS NOT SHELTER. 12-15MIN WALK. Pro. 1. Got all the amenities nearby and 24 hrs open. 2. Breakfast one best serve in the hotel.

Location is very convenient. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops close by. My room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is very clean. Staff are wonderful.

This is our first visit to MUU hotel which is over our expectations, spacious room with comfortable beds, convenient location with reasonable price, the delicious breakfast will be actually the reason for revisit! The secret bar at 10F is surprisingly good too. By the way, it would be good if the operator considers to upgrade the TV so that it can connect to the internet/netflix/YouTube which is convenient to overseas tourists like us.

For the price I think the room is a bit run down. Many good options available in Bangkok for similar price.
