카이산로드 코앞이고 왕궁투어일정에 맞춰서 숙소를 정했는데
너무 좋았습니다~ 고즈넉하고 규모가 크지않아서 소란스럽지않고 모든 직원분들이 너무 친절합니다~
3분안돼서 걸으면 바로 오렌지라인이나 블루라인 배도 탈수있어요. 귀국할때s1버스도 바로 호텔앞 정류장에서 탓구요!
조식도 너무 맛있고 종류가 많았고 특히 감동이였던건 체크인할때 체크를 해두셨는지 숙소 이용 기간동안 친구 생일이 끼워있었는데 조식먹고 자리를 일어서려고 하자 직원분들이 엄청 맛있고 예쁜 초코케이크를 가져다 주셨어요 ㅜㅜ 너무 감동..첫 태국여행이였고 좋은 추억을 쌓았어요😍

We chose the hotel for a sightseeing stop for a few days and were not mistaken. The staff responded promptly to our letters and organized transfers from/to the airport, helped with a taxi for a fairly long trip to the boat, they provided us with an excellent massage at a convenient time and at a reasonable price. Lots of nice necessary little things in the room, enough drinking water. We did not use the pool, but I went to the gym with pleasure. Quiet, clean, water/towels, good equipment. The staff is responsive and helpful and very welcoming. If you need a stop in a small cozy hotel close to the palace and pedestrian streets, then feel free to choose this accommodation.

The staff took very good care of us. The room was clean and in good condition. However, it was difficult to control the lights. The lamps could not be adjusted to be bright. The bathroom had wet and dry areas, but water kept dripping out. Overall, I was impressed with the care given to the elderly by the staff who were very attentive.

This was our second time staying at the Riva Surya, and we were still impressed with the service and attention from the staff.
From check in to check out the staff were fantastic especially traveling with my elderly parents they could do enough to help.
The Hotel location is great and is very close to many restaurants and bars, and just a short walk to Khao San Road and many market type stalls and shops.
We had breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant which provided many different options including Gluten Free bread.
Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and we had a great view from our balcony overlooking the Chao Praya River. During our stay the Pool was under maintenance, but the Hotel was kind enough to compensate us with a 10% discount voucher along with ฿1,000 off any food purchases per day from the Restaurant.
Will definitely be back for our 3rd stay at the Riva Surya and the staff need to be commended on their quality and detail to service.
