Hotel is very outdated. The AC controls were so wore and broken, I had to press it to test the buttons and memorize the controls. Rooms are extremely humid, 60% or more. It would get so humid when the AC was off that the windows fogged and the wall papers were losing color from the dampness. Which implies mold. Pool on the 8th floor - outdated like everything else. But for the price of 75-78 USD a night, it’s not cheap for the terrible facility. Finger prints on the chair and bed board. Old towels. You might as well spend 25 dollars more for Somerset Thonglor. Everything is modern and clean with a gorgeous pool and rooms that doesn’t look like a horror film.

Junior suites was good. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Only thing is the Television is too old. Would be good if they upgrade it

Nice Hotel, good location, not too noisy during the night, quite clean ( Thai standard), wifi working fine, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. MTR is just 5 minutes walking distance.

Not impressed with house keeping service and not that flexible reception. But the security staff are kind and very helpfull.

This used to be a little “hidden gem,” but I think the word is out. They’ve raised their rates considerably, and even on this most recent trip, they didn’t even give complimentary water in the rooms. I still like it though. It’s a bit tucked back on Soi 18, but it’s an easy/quick enough walk to Asok.

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff on a quieter than usual soi off Sukhumvit. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Big room, walk 8 mins only can reach Terminal 21. Didn't try the hotel breakfast, outside have few restaurant, price decent. So far everything is ok.

Great stay throughout the 4 nights in this hotel. Service was great.

Even though check in time was suppose to be 2 PM , my room was not ready till 3 PM . After pushing the staff got the room eventually but room was comparatively smaller to other rooms . Even checkin took 15-20 minutes which is unusual considering there was no waiting . Rooms were clean and tidy
